We needed a new sim and a hotspot activated, it seems simple but we had been going back and forth for 3 days with online customer service. We were literally on the verge of tears. Before I left I had mentioned my insurance change I had on my account and told her that I am pretty sure when I called customer service they had my insurance coverages mixed up on my devices and I had to give them the number several times to verify. But I also could not understand the customer service person I had spoke to so I finally ended my call with them and said that I will need to look on my app to make sure the right ones were applied. She voluntarily offered to look my account up and found the error that customer service made and then made the correction herself and then also made a few recommendations to help me save money on my bill each month. One month prior to this visit, she helped set up a phone transfer to my account and was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable on everything I asked of her. She knew more about Verizon than what any customer service rep knew that I had spoken to. She also helped me save about $40.00 a month by telling me about the Verizon internet service for $25.00 a month. They gave me a box to try free for 30 days and the service has been great so far and it was easy set up. But when I had called customer service for this they told me it was not available to me. All in all, this woman needs to be a Supervisor over training ALL Verizon Customer Service Employees!!! Nough said! lol

After spending most of one day trying to find a local ATT office that could get this limb off the sagging phone line in my driveway, I called LifeGrid to see if they run on ATT lines and maybe had a local number. Not only did they have contact with a local office, they set up the removal of the limb! It's not often a company goes out of their way to help a customer . . . this little company is amazing.

I'm incredibly disappointed in my experience with Cell Phone CPR on Coliseum Blvd. I brought in my…read moreiPhone 14 Pro Max to have the camera lens replaced--a minor crack from a drop months ago. The phone had been working just fine, and I only wanted to be proactive in getting it fixed. Fast-forward three days after their repair, and the same lens is cracked again, despite no drops, bumps, or accidents. I took it back, assuming a business with "CPR" in the name might stand by their work. Wrong. They claimed the crack was due to a "puncture" and refused to honor their warranty, even though I had done absolutely nothing to cause damage. I asked what good a warranty is if it doesn't cover a repair that clearly didn't hold up, and they basically shrugged it off. Honestly, I would have been better off keeping the original, lightly cracked lens than paying for a replacement that failed within days. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I wouldn't trust this place with a phone case, let alone a repair.
