I was told it would be $70 to pick it up, within 30 mins I get a call saying that it would be $150 to pick it up. So when I was finally able to go pick it up it was $186.99!!!! Not only that but now the flashlight doesn't work and neither does the vibration and no one can hear me on the speaker. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!! 1. I AM THE OWNER OF THE PHONE! I let my boyfriend USE my phone when the phone was brought into your store. 2. WE dropped the phone off on April 24th.. so that was 26 days ago as of today. And the phone was picked up a few days ago. So nice try. 3. NOT ONLY the flashlight not working, the vibration not working, ALSO YOU CANT EVEN MAKE A CALL ON THE PHONE BECAUSE NO ONE CAN HEAR YOU WHEN YOU SPEAK INTO THE PHONE. All that was fine when the phone was brought in with a battery issue.. 4. And to clear the air on your lil comment about not speaking to me is your WRONG, because each time yall called MY phone, yall spoke to me not my boyfriend. 5. If yall are so strict on honesty, then yall really need to be more transparent about the prices yall give, but I'm not gonna argue with you, I already knew it was gonna be an issue the moment the phone was left there anyway so that's why I AS THE ACTUAL OWNER OF THE PHONE am writing the review. 6. That's why looking at your past reviews a few other people are complaining about their flash not working as well. But just keep denying the issues instead of offering to fix them. BATTERY & CHARGING PORT $169.99 With a GRAND TOTAL OF $186.99 And again Mister " VERY STRICT HONESTY POLICY" The phone was dropped off on APRIL 24, 2026 and as seen on the Receipt the phone was PICKED UP ON MAY-17-2026 and that's a total of EXACTLY 23 DAYS.

The clerk assisted me promptly. I've patronized a good variety of cell phone repair joints in the last few years, for my own phone screens, and friends' phones, and family members' phones. :-) It's a little out of my way but, the prompt, fairly-priced service we've received at this repair shop in the past is the reason I selected this location today. I'm happy to report that today's experience was similarly satisfying. Big thanks to the man working today for helping me get my phone back in tip top shape within the 1 - 2 hour window that he promised. Cash and debit cards only.

Writing this review from the phone I ordered (Next Day Shipping) from this location yesterday…read moremorning. I was on the verge of getting rid of Verizon entirely after about three failed attempts at an early upgrade with a live representative. Verizon's phone customer service is objectively the worst its ever been, and getting someone over the phone to try and navigate their system is a total nightmare. There are enough clear heads at this location that you can find an answer to your problems very quickly and bypass any nonsense you might endure with a representative. Totally happy with my experience with Kimberly
