It's rare indeed that a customer service agent at a utility company appears to be on your side, but that is always the feeling I have here. I recently had a number of issues with my account, and the kind workers I spoke with gave me sound advice and did all that they could to work through the kinks. Now, the service through AT&T itself has been spotty lately, I won't lie. I've had to reset the router more than once. But when it comes to customer service, they are top... and worlds better than Cox. Wifi is quick too, even if it cuts out a lot. Thanks for hiring good people, AT&T.

Jason met me along my errand route, took my phone, and called me forty minutes later to let me know it was ready whenever I could meet him. He appeared as soon as I called, with a gorgeous job on my screen. Also, my new screen had a perfectly placed new screen protector (something I've never experienced!) on it for free. I can't imagine a more convenient and quality experience! Jason also said he'd call later to check on me & register the screen for a lifetime warranty. He's a person you feel good about right away. The young man that helped me out sold me a phone and done. I was a little miffed that he didn't show me anything about the phone. But I later found out he has only been working there a couple of months. so forgiven. I went back to the store and here things get bad. the step leading into the store is at least 12 inches high, the building code is no step should be higher than 9 inches. I am 81 years old and when I tried to step up I turned my ankle and ended up flat on my back. The clerk and a customer saw me fall and came to my rescue. The clerk working there the longest is Abraham, he is a delightful man. very helpful and very knowledgeable about the phones they sell. So because of Abraham I gave it 5 stars but the issue with the step gets 1 star. Something really needs to be done before someone gets hurt badly. I intend to contact the building owner.
