    DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, 7708 POPLAR AVE, SUITE 120, GERMANTOWN TN!!!!!!!…read morei went in to add two lines to my business account, verizon's Dorian, told me i could add two lines and get the 2 iphone 16s, ipads and iwatches with no charge for the devices! and only have the three iphones active! he even told me that the iwatchs would sync to my iphone and that would be no fee. all for a one time activation fee and only have the three phone lines active, approximately $210 a month. i asked him to repeat the deal several times and even recorded the conversation. i paid the activation fee and left. a couple of days later, i went back to the store for help with the watch and there were four separate customers in there agitated and complaining that their bill had increased with "the deal" that Dorian gave them. days later, i notice large deductions from my account from verizon. i went back to the store and Dorian told me that i had to pay for the devices and each device had to have its on line!!!!! well he lied to me as well! i immediately tried to talk to management and i wrote a review on goggle which is still there explaining all this. the owner replied to the review asking to email to help find a resolve. a representative of the owner for verizon did call me and said she would help after hearing the story and finding out the emoployee gave me the wrong information for a business account. I RECEIVED NO HELP, NOTHING. my account bill went from $68 month to over $800 a month and over $9000 in one year. everytime i called, over 5 times each month, i spoke to different foreign employees and no one could help, always saying i have to speak to a different department! if anyone with any rank for Victra or Verizon, please contact me to help resolve this terrible store selling problems!!!

    I think the problem is that the average person thinks we're getting great service from tech people…read morewhen the tech people are very very knowledgeable which your people are. They are very knowledgeable in product. They are also very much like car salesman. Anything to get the sale. The damage they've done to my family cannot be undone and will last a long time.

We made plans to meet at this location, as this is the same place we used to initially add her on. There was a little wait delay as it seemed many of the employees weren't present despite it being after 3 pm. We were told to sit in an area and wait for the next available staff. Since we knew she wanted another Samsung phone, I took her to that area to look at the ones avaial. She's familiar with my S21, so she played around with the S20 note and the S21+ and S21 ultra. Ultimately, she decided to go with the S21. No one ever approached us during this time. Only after sitting close to 10 minutes did a staff member ask if we needed assistance. She was pleasant and quickly got the phone upgraded. She then explained that we could both add Galaxy watches to plan under a promotion, which we did. We waited to another 10mins or so for all the devices to be added and activated. Everything was fine, except after asking if she wanted them to start the data transfer, the rep informed us she was leaving. Granted, I've done this several times on each new galaxy upgrade I've done, but I felt this was a little off-putting. Nonetheless, I helped my sister get it all set up. Maybe they need to revisit this policy. Overall, she's happy with her phone and I like my new watch as well.
