    I have very mixed feelings about this location. The first…read moretime I came here (back in September), I was told that if I dropped my phone off before 3pm it would be fixed the same day. I arrived a little after that, and my phone was repaired and ready the next day with no issues -- so my first experience was positive. Four months later, my screen started malfunctioning with no physical damage, which should have been covered under warranty. I scheduled an appointment online for Monday, drove 30 minutes, and when I arrived the store was closed, even though both the website and phone system still said they were open. There was no notice or update. I called the next day before driving there again and was met with attitude about them not notifying anyone they had been closed. When I arrived later that afternoon around 4:15pm to drop off my phone, the entrance still wasn't shoveled. I had to climb through snow just to get inside. The next day, I was charged $99 by my insurance because the claim was automatically changed from "warranty" to "accidental damage," even though the repair was not accidental. (This was done by the insurance company, not the store.) When I went to pick up my phone, I was told my SIM card tray was missing -- which was not true, as it was in the phone when I handed it over. It was inside an OtterBox-style case that snaps together, so it couldn't have just fallen out. The employee I originally gave the phone to claimed it was never there, while the employee helping me at pickup (who was much kinder) offered to order a replacement. I ended up ordering one myself because either way I would have had to wait two days -- but if the store ordered it, I would have had to drive 30 minutes back to pick it up. It made more sense to just pay the $6 and have it delivered to my house. That said, I want to give huge credit to the second employee who helped me with the insurance issue. He spent nearly an hour on the phone fighting with the insurance company, dealing with dropped calls and transfers, all while still helping other customers, just to make sure I wasn't wrongly charged. He didn't have to do that, and I truly appreciate him for going above and beyond. Because of him, my experience went from incredibly frustrating to being handled with genuine care and effort. I just wish the overall process, scheduling, and communication, was more consistent and professional.

I only wanted a new phone and an upgrade on my plan but the 55+ sounded too good to be true, and it was. The internet lags, I returned the air hub box so my plan automatically increased even though I was assured it would have the proper speed for the devices I have at home. They put my phone number that I've had for 25 years on an old phone I brought in instead of putting it on the new iphone that I purchased there. They also put the installment plan on the old phone. I'm trying to get rid of one of the phone lines now that the plan costs more because I'm not keeping the internet but they can't disconnect a line with an installment plan on it. They are unable to transfer the installment plan to my new phone. I got an email with my new bill a few days after the purchase. I was told it would be $99 on one bill but I got a $197.65 bill for the two phone lines and a seperate bill for $65 for the internet. Ashly will not help or admit that they made a mistake. She blames me for not "listening" when the agent described the plan. Yam is the agent. He is very nice but made many mistakes-too many more to bore you with. Stay away from this store, the worst AT&T experience ever. I wish I knew I could have fixed my old phone and not bought anything but of course they didn't tell me to just replace the glass :(

While I was there I was informed they were giving away a Samsung Galaxy A tablet for ninety nine cents as a promotion. Thinking there had to be a catch, I asked the woman Brandy there will be no further charges on my bill??? she replied.. the only charge would be ten dollars a month for insurance and after two months I could cancel that. I agreed to the deal. To my surprise I got a bill the following month with an extra phone line included on it for an extra $65.00 per month. I called verizon and they informed me that extra phone line was now connected to the "ninety nine cent tablet" that I was supposed to not pay anything but the insurance on it for two months. I informed Verizon of the deceptive actions of the store Manager Brandy and I proceeded to return the tablet to the Russell Cellular store. While I was there, there was another customer who was inquiring why she had another unknown number added to her account.....you guess it.... they did the same thing to that woman.
