Although I didn't have data, my goal was to get to Yellowstone and the staff helped me look at the map and locate the drive best for me. My daughter brought her phone to Cellairis in Southgate Mall in Missoula, Montana. Her iPhone…read moreworked perfectly, but the glass was cracked. She was charged $215 to have the glass fixed. She was worried because the employee fixing the glass was flirting with male friends in the mall as she worked on my daughter's phone and was not paying attention. Cellairis's negligence (employee working on a phone while not paying attention to what she is doing because she was flirting with men in the mall) should void any indemnity clause. Did you know that whenever you take a phone to Cellairis, they can break it and destroy it and then claim they are not liable? The employee apologized for breaking my daughter's phone and promised that Cellairis would buy her a new one. But then the manager, Leah, reneged on the other Cellairis employee's promise; when I spoke with her, she promised instead to have the phone fixed and returned to my daughter as good as new in 2-3 weeks. She did not tell the truth. The phone arrived 8 weeks later and was still unusable. My daughter paid $215 to Cellairis to have the glass fixed but was never able to use the phone again. She was without a phone for 8 weeks while she waited, and then Cellairis sent her the phone with a broken motherboard, so it is useless. When we took the phone to Verizon, the Verizon employee pointed out that once Cellairis broke the motherboard of the phone, they would have known that the phone could not be restored to its previous level of performance. My daughter is out $215 to Cellairis because of employee negligence and had to spend hundreds of dollars to get a new one. Cellairis employees did not tell the truth to me or my daughter regarding this situation and should compensate my daughter financially since the problem arose from their negligence and disregard for my daughter's phone. I want to mention that I am merely stating the facts and no attempt has been made to slander anyone. What bothers me most is the apathy of the Cellairis employees, who did not care about the customer or try to make things right.

The man who helped us was not dressed professionally (ripped jeans), and his service was on a similar level. My fiancé and I recently bought his wedding suit at a different warehouse, and then man there was very helpful, kind, and informative. So when I went in to get my brother fitted for a belt and possibly a suit, I expected at least similar service. I was wrong. The men in the store seemed to prefer talking to each other rather than helping us find a good fit. When they did help us, they seemed like they didn't really know what they were doing. I was left to give advice as best I could with my one time experience with suit shopping. However, some of the other customers seemed to be assisted well. So maybe that will be your experience.

Kohl's split the order into 6 different boxes. The first box arrived today. In the box was a very, heavy cast-iron pot with 2 toys and a tween nail care set. The nail care set was crushed with its contents all over the bottom of the shipping box. Who packs a heavy item with fragile ones without putting the fragile ones in a separate box? I called the Kohl's customer assistance number. The phone tree is ridiculous to get to a real person. The online chat option wasn't working either. I was told, "You can go to the store IF they have one and exchange it (the roundtrip drive to the nearest store in good weather is over 3 hours and it is currently snowing heavily so it would be 6 or more hours of traveling) or we can process a replacement but if you don't wait for the rest of the order we cannot help you with any other damaged items." I was told the rest of the order could take until Christmas to arrive. These are Christmas gifts with some of the items needing to be mailed from my end, which means there won't be enough time for them to make it for Christmas. This is NOT customer service! I paid for undamaged items, and I should not have to wait for the other 5 boxes to arrive to file a complaint for the damaged item(s). Their Kohl's Capitol One credit card also will NOT warranty items like a normal credit card does, so avoid this as well. Definitely, NOT a good experience, and I shudder at what I'll find with the rest of the order, since there is another cast-iron pan and fragile toys and jewelry still in transit. I will NOT be able to get a replacement for the damaged nail set in time for it to be mailed and for it to arrive for Christmas. There will be a VERY disappointed child. I will have to miss a day of work to return the item to the Missoula store (if they have one in stock, which may not be the case, the representative said there was only one left at that store according to the computer but that is "often wrong"), pay for a tank of gas, add wear and tear to my car, and risk my life on the treacherous roads, or NOT have a present for the child in time for Christmas. For shame KOHL'S!!!! Do better!!!!!!!!!!

But, I heard their stuff was rigorously tested and of the highest quality. So a while back I bought some carts and their top-of-the-line AVD Alpha fully encased pen battery. I LOVED it. It worked great...until it didn't. I went back to get an exchange, no problems. A number of weeks later the replacement pen dies, too. Damn it! Was I doing something wrong? I went through ALL of the company's materials and SPECIAL ORDERED the most optimal hardware for charging the pen. I practically gave it it's own Malibu Stacie beach house. It was a dream setup. I really loved this pen and I wanted it to love me back. The full enclosure design, putting zero pressure on the often stressed part where the cart screws in, and the "pull only" feature, ensuring zero accidental button presses, it's all genius. I loved this pen. I really wanted it to be my new normal. Oh well, I figure, it happens, I'll just go get an exchange again. This last time was just a few months ago. The "manager" (read: stuck up, stoned moron) made me feel like an as*hole, offered no refund or replacement, didn't take my info, but assured me that "he would contact me as soon as they got more in." I looked around and didn't see any on the shelf. So apparently they dumped this product, as I, clearly, was not the only one who had issues with it. This fact seemed especially ironic as pretty much every time I walk into Cookies I have to hear a five minute speech about how they're stuff is "just so much better and more tested than everyone else's', blah blah blah..." Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that puts the effort into their PRODUCT, not their asinine marketing.
