Yesterday I received my daughter's phone replacement it's covered by insurance thank goodness. I called the ATT Asurion to activate I couldn't get it to activate or link so because her phone is damaged (her original phone) you have to have the blue tooth to work, her original phone it's cracked so the motherboard doesn't work which is your Bluetooth the WIFI AND HOTSPOT. Asurion told me to bring it to a Att store they will help you. Well I did and this store shunned me away told me to go to u break it or fix it company and it will cost me money or geek squad I'm thinking why? You guys could fix this? ITSWhy would the ATT Asurion representative tell me to go to your store to Fix it? The young lady did not want to deal with it they were not busy there was no line they didn't have any customers really it was slow. I went to u break it you fix it the manager used to work for ATT and he told me that that store should of fixed it and all he did was took a SIM card out and changed a few things and that was it and transfer my daughters apps and pictures. He did not charge me but I did buy an otter box because he suggested it. I've been with ATT for a number of years switched from C SPIRE I'm about to switch back to CSPIRE. The young lady should have at least looked at my daughters phone like the u break it you fix it manager he took his time to look at it and he was an awesome guy! Hubs and I stopped in to upgrade and get our "phone plan lives" together! We walked in and Ashley promptly checked us in. We were 6th in line, so we asked if we could leave for ice cream and get a text to return when it was our turn. Ashley laughed and put my number in to receive a text, and we were off -- PERFECT! Upon return (with my cone in hand) Ashley talked us through plan options until Jermaine (our attendant) was ready. Jermaine was also excellent in explaining our options and ultimately syncing our accounts and guiding the hubs through the upgrade process. The Schillinger store was clutch and the service was excellent! Three cheers for Ashley & Jermaine for being our AT&T store heroes! read more

Even though there was a long wait. I was told in advance when I got to the store. Once it was my turn, Jonathan was a huge help. He was so informative and really knew about the products and services offered. He was not pushy and made sure my mom and I got the exact phone and accessories we needed. We did not feel rushed at all. We had questions about our bill and needed a new phone. He knew the deals that were offered and made sure we got the iPad to go with the new iPhone we bought without having to mention the email we received with the offer. If we ever need anything else for my family we will always go back to this location. read more

Came in to get my phone ported over from Verizon. Eric and Brandon hooked me up with everything I would need. The store was in immaculate condition and everyone was enforcing social distance guidelines and mask wearing. Eric and Brandon treated me in a professional and respectful manner and I'd recommend them to anyone. read more

Worst customer service on the planet! I came in the store and was asked to sign in. They took my name and phone number and asked if I could receive text messages. Then told me to wait in my car. I waited 45 minutes while watching people go in and out of the store. I went back inside and asked what was going on. They said well we came out on the sidewalk and called your name. WHAT? You told me to wait in my car! So here I am still waiting in this god forsaken hell hole and STILL no help with a simple question. ATT is the absolute worst and they always have been. read more

Felt like I was in a car dealership! The technician acted like he had a hearing problem and ignored me when I would ask him questions or make comments, but when the manager came up and reminded him to upsell me with internet service he heard every word he said and responded to all of his comments. I was there to change my number over to a newer phone that should work with At&T without changing my plan or adding internet or more charges to my bill. He inserted a sim card but couldn't or wouldn't get it to work and when I left, he said "stay warm". No apologies for keeping me there 30 minutes to no avail or thanks for being a loyal customer or have a nice evening. I later received an automated email showing the changes to my bill and I was charged a prorated charge of $1.33 but somehow my bill was $9 more this month. Clearly they only care about making commission and upselling all of their new phones and services. I have taken care of the bill by contacting AT&T online. Longtime, loyal customers who pay on time every month mean nothing to these local salespeople. I am moving to Verizon or an MVNO who uses Verizon. read more

My rep Jessica was AMAZING. She unknowingly forgot to replace my charging cord for my brand new phone in the box. While at Wal-Mart I realized the mistake. My husband drove me back to the store to fetch it. I was treated like an IDIOT! The reps asked me if I had checked the box... yes, I'm not an idiot. My husband saw me bouncing between reps from the car. He came in to ask what the problem was. The rep behind the counter bowed up at my husband walked past me and got in my husband's face. The clerk was very irate. The manager Linda Montgomery then then forced us out of the door threatening to call the police if we didn't leave. She had my charger in my hand and refused to give me what I had paid for. I called 611 to file for a charger they told me to call the local police or call the store and make an agreement to get the cable. I called 4 times just to be hung up upon. I called the at&t service number. I finally got answers and help. Avoid this store you may as well head to Prichard,AL to get service. You will probably be treated better there. read more

we are new to mobile and when moving our service here last year we continued with att, shortly after purchasing 2 apple X phones and ipad the screen came off of one phone and i returned to store for service the rep. was very nice and replaced at no charge. after several months same thing occured , i returned to store and was told i had to send back to co. to get any service i explained i bought from them and just like my phone if i had question i would not be sending back to co. att sold this and they needed to service. the manager RYAN told me i had to leave the store! another words att wants to sell but not service. when i told my wife she went into the store and was told by manager RYAN she needed to leave with me he was not going to talk to her either. this is MY store he stated! i added up how much i will spend with att over 3 years for phone and internet for a total of $12,000 to have someone tell me to get out of store rather than help provide service. we will be changing carriers hopefully att can retrain this manager or replace with someone who realizes who auctually signs his check read more
