I called the store manager and he flat out lied to me telling me it would be the same. Then why are my last 2 months bills over 100 dollars more than they have been running. I called verizon also. My laptop was working great once i got it started but it was getting annoying pressing the power button several times. I decided to bring it there and i paid for him just to tell me what was wrong with it. two weeks, he never called me so i decided to call, he told me the motherboard was not the issue and it was likely the battery. Another couple weeks passed and he did not call me again so i decided to call again... It was no the battery so it was gonna take him longer to dig deeper. I decided just to give him all the time he need it, but he just show me he had no idea what he was doing. Almost 3 months, i called him again and he told me my computer was not worth it fixing it because it needed several things replaced in the mother board and it was gonna take him a lot longer.
