I went into this store for a simple request regarding international calls since I would be traveling. An employee named "King" assisted me, telling me I already had the service. He also said he added the "senior discount" since I was over 65 years of age. At one point, he asked me to unlock my phone and used it to double check something against his work iPad/computer. I didn't think much of it until later in the afternoon I received an email from AT&T thanking me for my new order and telling me that my next phone bill would increase by more than double (in lieu of going down with the senior discount). I immediately called AT&T, who advised me that a new line had been added by King. I explained what had actually occurred at the Loganville AT&T store and was immediately put through to a Loyalty Department, where my new line and fees were canceled and a report regarding the fraudulent incident was filed so that the Loganville store could be notified of the fraudulent activity. While it would be nice to think it was all an accident, the Loyalty Program rep told me it would be highly difficult to create a new line by accident. I think that King assumed I was an older woman who would just simply pay the unexplained, new, higher charges and never question the matter. Little did he know I have worked hard for the income I now have, and I seriously do not like the fact that this young man attempted to defraud me of my money. The problem with AT&T employees doing this to achieve bonuses has been a national problem. No AT&T store should put up with this type of criminal, fraudulent behavior and should immediately fire these dishonest employees. As for me, I will never again visit this store as it lost any credibility it might have had with me. read more

Nianna had the absolute WORST customer service. On top of the store opening late & the extreme high prices, I wouldn't even recommend going to them for service. I tried to get my husband a sim card on a replacement phone he ordered and they asked for a verification code. How are we supposed to get a code to a phone wit no sim card? Ignorance. read more

This place is awful with customer service! I tried upgrading to the new Iphone 15, but they're making it way more difficult than it should be. The email used for my order wasn't correct when I checked it, and they wouldn't let me know which email I used, so now i can't even check the tracking on the phone. The most disrespectful place. I upgraded my phone in November last year (1 phone with 2 lines) and since then, they are overcharging and I am paying for 2 phones with 4 lines. They told me to wait and have patience because of the COVID and they would "fix and give credit for all the money extra that I paid", and I have been waiting since November/2020. I went to the store so many times and called Customer Support many times and they all said that it will be fixed and still nothing. My last bill was almost $500 and it was supposed to be around $160. I don't know what to do anymore. I am fixing to looking for a lawyer. read more

My name is Duane Davis I purchased four lines of service at the Loganville, Ga store last Saturday evening. Upon arriving home the phones had such a weak signal that I could not use them. This continued all weekend. I contacted the store Monday and spoke to the rep that I purchased the phones from. I was told that this would be researched and I would receive a call back. This never happened. During the initially conversation Returning the phones was discussed with no mention of a "restocking" fee. As at this point I had spent 200 dollars on phones that did not work at my residence in Loganville or my business in Duluth (no phone signal or data without logging into WiFi). After another two calls to the store I never was able to speak to the rep that sold me the phones even though they swore to only the best customer service upon purchase. I was however able to speak to another associate who also agreed that the phones could be returned. We discussed this option and I was told that I should port out with a new carrier and return the phones. After porting out I called to let them know I was on the way to the store with the day old phones. This is when I was told about a 55 dollar fee per line but never before. I do not feel that this is an appropriate charge due to the fact that this service was not provided as discussed. I was never spoken to about this and I am returning the phones because they do not work and there was zero resolution to ale them work. This is no fault of mine. I was not shown a coverage map or asked where I lived to ensure that I was receiving the service that I was paying for nor was I told that I would be subject to any fees upon return. I was however told that the phone service in my area was "not good" when I went to drop off the phones initially by one of the staff members at the store. I am writing you for help. I need the restocking fee waived and my money spent on taxes refunded. I should not be charged this fee or any taxes for circumstances out of my control. I had the phones for two days and they are ready to be returned in new condition. I understand that I left the store with the phones but this was with good faith that they would work when and where needed and they simply do not. I have tired to resolve this locally with the store with zero help or resolution other than saying there is nothing that can be done. It seems funny that all types of fees can be avoided when signing up for service but the customer service aspect is quickly forgotten if there are issues. Think twice. Big new AT&T store. New staff. NOT the same customer friendly store as the "old" Loganville AT&T store. They do not honor replacement or support with anything purchased from the "old" Loganville AT&T store. They said that this AT&T is not the same store. If I want service for the items I purchased from the "old" Loganville AT&T store, I should go to the Snellville AT&T store. The "old" Loganville AT&T store and the Snellville AT&T are connected and will honor my previous purchases with service and support. Guess where I'm going? Where my business is wanted. I will not be back to this store. read more

Okay, I felt the need to post this to warn others about AT&T, and this store (wish I could give -5 stars for this one). It's a very long story so I will summarize as best I can. In April 2017, I switched from Sprint to AT&T. I went to the AT&T store in located at 4729 Atlanta Hwy, Loganville GA 30052. Unbeknownst to me at the time I was being helped by an employee who had only been working at the store for approximately a week, however management thought it was okay to leave him alone to sign people into multi-year contracts. I won't blame him due to his experience, but let's just say he gave me a lot of bad information. I cancelled six lines with Sprint to pick up five lines at AT&T, and according to him I wouldn't pay anything out of pocket, everything was covered. A couple days later I returned to the store (had out of state phone to collect and return) and talked to the so-called assistant manager who proceeded to tell me how inexperienced the other guy was, that he was wrong, but that he would take care of me. He then proceeded to tell me that he did not want to help me on this day because it was getting late (although they were open for another hour). He said he didn't want to get into it because with five lines it could cause him to work late. Ultimately, I came back another day this time the so-called assistant manager was waiting on a young lady and decided that now he would get chesty with me calling me out in front of her, and everyone else in the store asking me why I thought AT&T would be willing to do anything for me and lose money on this contract. He said it was not AT&T's fault that their employee messed up. Really? Anyhow I allowed AT&T the opportunity to fix the situation. They did give me some credit, but not nearly enough. I went to another AT&T store, and spent countless hours (multiple phone calls) on the phone with AT&T about this issue. I do not believe AT&T employees are properly trained, half of them do not know what they're doing yet they tell you something just to get you off the phone. Then when you call back and speak with another employee they tell you that person was wrong, but they'll fix it and so the cycle continues. I had my service turned off by AT&T because again when the gentleman set up my account the first time he made a mistake, canceled it, and started over, but he forgot to delete the old account so AT&T tried to say I had two accounts at once. Eventually we got that straightened out and my service was reconnected, but then they tried to charge me a $35 reactivation fee for their mistake. I gave AT&T six months to fix this issue, six months you heard me correctly, however they were never able to rectify the issue. They took two iPhones of mine that apparently did not count towards the switch over program meaning I got no money for them, but they took them. They signed me into a contract under false pretenses and when I finally said I was done they told me that I would have to pay them over $3,000 in early termination fees and for the phones because they would not take them back, nor would they return my other phones because they don't know where they were anymore. I'll tell you in closing between AT&T cell phone and DirecTV customer service over the last 6 months I have probably logged no less than 12 hours on the phone with this company and got nowhere. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in any industry bar none. I'd like to stop short of saying they are a bunch of crooks, but they did steal my two iPhones so heed my advice, and buyer beware. I now owe AT&T / DirecTV $3,000 +, and I'm still on the hook with Sprint for almost $2,000 in early termination fees due to AT&T's incompetence. The only reason I switched was because I wanted to go down one line, and I liked the fact that I would not use data when streaming DirecTV on my AT&T phone. Huge mistake, I only wish I could apologize to Sprint and they would take me back with open arms. This was the worst experience I have ever had. AT&T will never see another penny from me, my family, or any of my friends if I have any say. I hope anyone else that reads this will heed my warning this is not a disgruntled former customer this is a hard-working American who was taken advantage of by a giant Corporation. One who basically drew a line in the sand and said sue us it'll cost you more. They are unethical, so please think twice before you sign on that dotted line. read more

I don't think this store deserves one star, but that's the only way to write a review. Very Very disappointed with the service here, I wouldn't recommend this store location at all. I spent 6 hours in the store just to open a phone line that the employees (Jai and Devon) were very incompetent about. I was charged for products I didn't purchase, and when I asked for a refund I was told I couldn't be refunded. When I asked for a manager I was told Devon was the manager and when he realized that he couldn't fix the errors of his peers he had a nasty attitude. They walked away and left me sitting in the store for hours just ignoring me, until I stated that the quality of costumer service was unacceptable. Then I was given hirer prices for the plan I signed up for, which raises the question if the service is about the sales or the best interest of the customer? It is currently a week and half later and I'm receiving emails stating my bill is ready for an account number that doesn't match mine and my credit card was charged $182.40 from ATT for a purchase I didn't make. I am disappointed to say that I truly regret opening a new phone line with ATT at this location. Hopefully management looks into what is going on at this store. read more
