When we asked what the total price to up grade the phone we were told an amount of $266.64 to cover taxes and the pay- off of the old phone. That would be all I had to actually pay today, $266.64. Then she (Valerie G) is the young lady that helped us today. Asked for my bank card a second time to, to charge a different amount of $153.95. Now it brings the Total price of the new phone to an amount of $420.59, not a total amount of $266.64. They would not refund any part of either charge. Needles to say, the girl did say there would only be one charge to my bank card. She lied ther were two separate charges of $266.74 the payoff amount of the old phone, the the second charge of taxes and other fees of $153.95. I then o formed the branch manager that the young lady needs more training, due to the way it was presented, was fraudulent and misleading to customer. That when people ask for a Total amount, that does mean two separate charges of ?266.64, then a second charge of $153.05 making it a Total Combined Amount of$420.59. So, doubt use the location at 9115 Eagle Dr. suite 400 Mont Belivieu, Texas 77523 And certainly do not call the phone number indicated of (281)201-5141 they will put you on hold for an hour and nobody picks up. Horrible service. I went in to get a new phone. Was lied to the whole time I was there. He went to the back of the store, then came out and told me there was a problem and that someone online was trying to buy the phone. When I said that I had been there and we were in the middle of the paperwork, he said it wouldn't be a problem, they just needed to cancel the online order. Then he started telling me I couldn't get the phone because it needed to be repaired. Why would a brand new phone still in a sealed box need repairing and how would he know that?! So he ordered a phone to be delivered to me and told me to come back when I got it and he would transfer the data without charge and made a note of that on the paperwork. I went back with the phone. He was not there and I was told they couldn't do that. I asked to talk to the manager who told me the clerk was new and still in training and was not allowed to offer that. She made no attempt to reconcile the situation! Absolutely no customer service!!
