I was thinking of buying a sling bag since I was at the store even though it looked too bulky on me but luckily they ran out of the size I wanted. It's not really my style but they're not really expensive compared to a designer bag.. After reading some reviews, I decided against it since it's not something I'd use. Then proceeded to plug in charge the phone stating that the motherboard is ok, but the screen is shot, starts looking up the model of my phone then walks to the back. I presumed he was looking for the pin needed to open my phone come back with a phone that does not make the model I have says they don't have my model then takes the other one back. Comes back grabs his laptop and states he will have to look up replacement parts and price. Just then a fed-ex driver comes in delivering a package to which he puts down the laptop to get the package and have a conversation with the driver. I unplugged my phone and left. Frist. You were rude and completely disregarded the services I requested. Second, I was NEVER asked if I wanted a new phone or to have my phone repaired. Third, I was placed on pause while you concerned yourself with another matter. THE BLANTANT DISRESPCT. Was it becasue I am a woman and you decided what I was going to with my property and monies. Or could it be that I'm a black woman and too stupid to know what I want. I had been a loyal customer since they opened but never again

I just recently bought a new phone (because my old one was stolen in Brasil. That will happen…read moreapparently) so I needed a phone case. I spent the equivalent of a small country's yearly GDP on this new phone so I didn't wanna spend another leg to get a phone case. I was calling around places in the city asking if they had cases for my specific phone, and a few places actually said they did, but when I arrived, they didn't have it. SMH! But then I called this place, after randomly searching for it on google and they told me to come down because they had cases. I got down there and they had literally 10-15 DIFFERENT types of cases for my phone, and the one I bought cost me $10 (not the $35 t-mobile was asking). When I left the store all I could think about was coming on Yelp and writing a review for how awesome this place is. It's a wholesale place so they have a HUGE selection of stuff, and the stuff is super cheap so if you need any accessories for your cellphone, this would be a good place to start.
