Telling me that you cannot use a manufacturer's coupon in conjunction with a sale is not true. I had peelie coupons used last week by a cashier who knew how to adjust the price down in the computer. This was for five bags of Beggin Strips. This store could not accept $2 printed coupon for cat food so needless to say, I did not buy it. Within about 10 minutes of the posting, my wife received a call from Eric who is one of the owners and he apologized to her for the situation. He then called me to review situation and apologized. He refunded double the charge and mentioned that he knew how competitive the market was and would use this as a training opportunity for his staff. I was completely surprised that he responded at all. In todays fast paced society it is common for the consumer to get overlooked. The way he handled the situation was impressive.
