I can confirm, terrible customer service. I went in with a TCL A30, talked with Gavin, showed him my phone, and he sold me a plan and said that I would just need to unlock the phone with Tracfone. I came in another day to ask for help with that. Ashton was there, and he told me that my phone won't work with AT&T because it doesn't have LTE Voice. I asked for a refund, and Ashton said that I would need the phone number. So I came back another day with the number, Gavin was there again, and I explained the situation and asked for a refund. Gavin made a call, and said that he talked to his manager and the manager said they couldn't give a refund. I will be contacting consumer help organizations about this. In conclusion, they will straight up rip you off and I recommend you avoid them. read more

Customer service has gotten terrible I have been a customer with AT&T for 20+ years. At first their customer service was great, but over the years, the Moscow store has become something of a local joke - they constantly refer you to customer service or online. I have stayed with AT&T because their service works for what I need and I haven't had a lot of major issues or outages. However... I recently went to the Moscow store to talk about my options on my plan. I wanted to add a line so I set up an appointment time online. I walked in and waited at the door. I saw two AT&T gals working with customers. I wasn't in any hurry so I had no problem waiting. In the 15 min I was standing at the door, the 2 employees walked by me, kept looking at me but didn't say anything. I didn't think anything of it, UNTIL two young guys walked in the door....they were INSTANTLY greeted with a smile and "Hey guys, welcome to AT&T! We'll be with you, but it'll be about an hour wait just to let you know." The two guys walked out of the store, and a young lady walked in the door after - and just like me, she was NOT greeted. I was taken over to a table and sat down to talk about different plans. The gal that worked with me honestly just looked like she hated her job, she never smiled (at me), and she hardly looked up from her tablet to talk to me. I didn't get any helpful information and I left very frustrated. Never thought I would be this person, but after I left, I walked next door to see my options there.... and I was INSTANTLY greeted when I walked in the door (while other customers were being helped). Two stores side by side, both cell phone companies, same amount of employees working, and two TOTALLY different experiences. I know every company has different policies and that's fine. But I was treated like an insignificant number at AT&T, and I was treated like a human being elsewhere. Needless to say, I will be cancelling my 20+ year phone plan with AT&T. read more

This AT&T is not bad. Good service. This one is quite big, with 10+ stuffs there. They put in que when you enter. Some times you are served within 5 min, sometimes 10-15 mins. They solve the problems real quick and some times ask you to dial 611 when 611 can help you better. The stuff working here knows technical details, unlike some at&t in seattle I've experienced. read more

If you live anywhere outside a major city stay away from ATT!! We were in Moscow for a vacation and after the terrible customer service with Verizon decided to look at ATT as an alternative - after talking to to Kevin M. who convinced us that we would have service in our area we agreed to give them my son's S4 for a new S6 Active. Here it is 2 days later and we are still fighting to cancel our service (14 day no hassle BS) we are trying to get my son's Galaxy S4 and his $50 case back. Here I thought Verizon was terrible! I have been in twice. The first time the assistant was very helpful and genuinely interested in the problem I was having. A great experience overall. The second time I came in five minutes before close, but the one staff person was very happy to see me and very accommodating. Very helpful staff, store is big and clean. read more

I too received horrible customer service at this store. I dealt with Ricardo. I was rushed through my buying process without the representative explaining what I would be charged for and when. When I left I was charged 88$ in hidden fees I was not told about. When I came in to work out the problem I was told "I don't remember what I said to you, so how could you possibly remember?" "I have worked here for five years I know what I'm doing and this is how AT&T has always been" when I called customer service to make my complaint they immediately dealt with the charges in a professional manner and kindly made a complaint on my behalf to management. I hope they figure out a better way to treat customers in the future. read more
