As with any retail store, your business is only as good as the people you have in it. You can provide the best product in the world, and if your front line people are horrible, it makes no difference. Thankfully at this store there is Mike and Robin to work those front lines. They are amazing and these are what the 5 stars are for. I have however also observed some head honcho in the store spouting off propaganda verbage about towing the line and commission profit, using their own inferior repair service and all sort of other things that makes me glad I don't have to deal with idiots like that anymore. My perception is that this was an area or district manager because I have not seen the person since. If this was a company that I owned, I would have fired this person on the spot for first talking to employees in that manner that are very helpful in getting their customer's issues resolved, and secondly for doing it within earshot of the customers. The only perception it put forth was that the store could care less about it's customers, more about sales, and ultimately that area manager's monthly performance bonus. So as long as Mike and Robin stay there, this store will get my 5 stars, but once they are gone, it will probably easily drop to 1 or 2 stars if the management has that continuing mentality. I do feel bad that they have to put up with such things in the background of this store, but it makes me feel good knowing that they are there genuinely trying to help one of their customers with an issue, even if it doesn't always result in a sale. read more

On Monday I went to this store to switch from my old Droid smartphone my my sister's retired iPhone4. The employee noticed that the iPhone had an AT&T SIM card, and he tried one of the Verizon SIM cards in the store to see if it would work. He explained that this often doesn't work, and it didn't work. He explained I could switch to AT&T if I wanted to use the iPhone, or else I would need to get a different phone. Since I've loved using the keyboard on my Droid smartphone to send text messages, I wondered if he could order me an ENACT since this also has a keyboard. He looked online to see if he could. This was possible, and so he ordered it right away. My entire interaction with him was brief, yet I was impressed with his accessible, helpful attitude. On Friday I returned to the store because I knew the ENACT had arrived the day before. Misty was working, and she was exceptionally pleasant and helpful while helping me switch over my old phone to the new phone. There were a few computer issues which made this a longer than normal process, and her persistence and professional attitude impressed me. Michael and James were also working while I was there, and they also had excellent attitudes. Misty was able to switch over my phone service and even put the SD card from my old phone in my new phone so I could have access to the music stored on that phone. In addition, she helped me switch my Verizon plan so I could save money. At every turn she was professional and helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone. read more

I went into this Verizon retailer with a broken iPhone and with having a Verizon "Edge Up" option. Upon arrival I was helped superbly by both technical support staff, Robin & Ozzie. They were awesome all the while being very, very patient & helpful for over +3 1/2 hours!..... However, (here we go) because they needed Verizon's "OK" they were kept on the phone, mostly on hold while the folks on the other end were trying to make a decision for over +3 1/2 hours! Freakin'' ridiculous! It seemed that no one on the other end of the phone had any common sense. Basically it was an issue over $ .93¢. I have no problem paying $ .93¢ and said that I'd gladly pay $ .93¢, if nothing else, just to leave. But these poor dimwits on the other end of the phone could not make a $ .93¢. decision??! If Verizon is that poorly managed, and these people don't have the authority to make a decision that small - they need to clean house and hire ALL new management starting with their CEO!!! My time is more valuable than his!! But I am particularly writing because I was so impressed with both Robin and Ozzie for: 1) being put in such an awkward position and doing a wonderful job, & 2) keeping me calm for 1/2 of a work day! read more

Finally replaced my mega-busted white girl phone with a brand new LG G5 and it kicks ass. Michael listened to what I needed and, explained the details of the contract and phone coherently and patiently even though they were slammed. He even did a convincing job of laughing at my jokes. And just for the record these guys have a tough job. It seems like 3 out of 4 people in the store with me were pretty determined to leave feeling pissed. I don't know how they manage it, but when the reality of 2016 is that I need my phone for every function a personal computer would have had 10 years ago, I still feel confident that I could come to this place and be taken care of. read more

I switched to Verizon coverage about 5 years ago when I moved onto the Palouse. Service is great for this area! Went through a legal name change and contacted the Verizon Customer Care line multiple times over two years without any success in changing my name on my plan. I called the Moscow store and Sierra was able to talk me through making instant changes so I could provide the needed information for my employer. I had a great experience upgrading to a new galaxy S6 here. It's a small store and was packed with customers but the staff was working as quick as they could and kept checking on everyone. When it was my turn, the associate that helped me was just as concerned about saving me money on my bill as he was with selling me a new phone.
