They are actively preventing me from cancelling my internet and phone plan. I'm currently in the process of filing a complaint on several websites including the FCC, FTC, and BBB. Will also mail a hard copy complaint and request to end service so I have a paper trail and can request a refund for refusing to cancel my plan while stealing my money. Save yourselves a headache and potentially getting scammed - don't use Spectrum!

I went in to have the broken glass on my camera lens replaced. They then took it back and somehow broke the actual camera itself!! Going from a $30 fix to a $200 fix. It also then started to overheat and all he could say was "wow it's overheating..." They said there was nothing they could do that day or even in the next few days to fix my phone. I ended up having to go BUY A BRAND NEW PHONE! (they did not call me until about 3 weeks later "ready" to fix it) They were beyond rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing them when I asked them what they would do to fix this issue THAT THEY CREATED! They did not feel bad at all for what they had done and we're not the least bit apologetic. They said I GUESS we won't charge you...you broke my phone I'm not sure what I would be charged for.
