They were astute in their technical knowledge and fielded all of my many questions with patience, kindness, and competence. Poor service, under-informed staff, understaffed, just plain underwhelming. I go to another city, rather than this place.

Took forever to be helped. The constant pressure to change my plan was unreal. The manager constantly was trying to sell me internet even though I said numerous times I didn't need it. Then after I left a review of the store on the att network of my experience the store manager called me personally to tell me my review was wrong and he didn't appreciate my comments. Unhelpful staff. Typical of A&T, very unfriendly customer service policies. They misrepresent the stock they have to lure you into the store and then sell you something more expensive because they are "out of stock" of what they assured you they had minutes earlier on the phone. Abysmal. read more

After my bad experience at the local Verizon store (see my previous review), I went here about ten minutes later. I was seeking to switch my wireless provider, as my then-current provider was just too expensive. I was greeted at the door by a friendly woman, who listened attentively to my situation and then told me about several options they offered. While the contract plans were about the same as my then-current provider's plans, the prepaid plans were far less expensive. There was one option that right in my budget range. She also showed me the new phones that were available for prepaid plans, and gave me her recommendations. I had to leave for an appointment and didn't have time to switch that day. She gave me her business card and said she looked forward to seeing me again. I went back a couple days later. The woman I had spoken with before was not there that day, and so a young man helped me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. It took about 40 minutes to get everything set up (my old phone was ancient and on its last legs, and decided to be uncooperative). I chose the phone that the first employee had recommended. While we were waiting for my contacts and such to be imported onto the new phone, I asked about their home internet service. He was very knowledgeable about this as well, and it turned out that AT&T U-Verse was cheaper than my then-current broadband internet provider. I decided to switch that as well. The manager there is completely rude. Was trying to get help with my apple watch and no idea how to even solve the problem. Then decides to walk off without saying anything, definitely great manager material. Definitely will be taking my business somewhere else. read more

Had such a great experience with this particular store. I usually visit the one 2min away from my house but there's a guy there that treated me poorly so I stopped going. There's two guys at this store named "Pat" and "Robert Johnson" who I believe should be the faces of customer service. We spent the most time with Pat. I inquired about overseas charges since I'll be on vacation in Mexico next week. The other store's employee told me to just dial "611" and ask them. But not Pat! He sat down with us and went over all of the options and even gave us advice about going on our first cruise. He then reminded us that on our plan Mexico is covered and set us up with proper insurance for my wife's phone in case it gets stolen or damaged. His service was molded to take care of us in the most caring way possible. He felt like a close friend to us. Even though this store is 30min further than our other store, THIS will always be my go to location! Thanks so much Pat! read more

I was in the store 2days in a row and both days no one helped me until I walked up to them. Both people seems put out that they had to help me. Neither one of the men introduced themselves to me. I do not like the layout of the store. It is very uninviting and cold feeling. The music they were playing was very race specific. Which is ok but not in a retail store. Not very welcoming. My over all experience was lacking in the desire to return. I have been with AT&T since 2003 going to this same store and at this point I don't know if I will return. read more

March of 2022 went in paid off 2 phones. Purchased 2 new phones. Asked to change numbers because the number I had was getting a lot of spam. Instead of changing it they added a line. I realized in December that I was being charged for an additional phone line. Dealt with customer service over phone and was instructed to go in store for them to resolve problem. They "sent" and email to hire ups. Never got back to me. I keep calling to check in and they never gave updates. Today the store manager said there was nothing he could do bc it's my fault that I didn't check my bill details sooner. After I was instructed by the att customer service phone line to come to the store I made the purchase at to be fixed. I had good faith in this store until I realized I was played. The new number I have is attached to my watch while the old number I no longer wanted was attached to my phone. So I would have to out 900 today to stop paying for an additional phone line that should have never been added. They work for the commission and nothing wrong with that but purposely adding a phone line to Someone's account to get extra money is messed up. That's 660 dollars to this day that I have spent on a line that I do not use nore have a SIM card for. Filing a complaint with general attorney office as well. read more

Stay far far away from this store. These people work on commission & it shows. If you ask the same question to 2 different sales people, you'll get 2 separate answers. If you order something online & try to pick it up @ this store, you'll end up paying more than your online deal because, according to a manager, "online sales are different than in store sales". I guess AT&T is trying to improve its online sales by making the in store sales as aggravating as possible. I could continue on & on about how horrible I think this store is, but I will reserve the rest for customer service. read more

Ran like an USPS store that's short on employees. Went in to buy a new phone with cash, they wanted me to wait 30+ min to do this. The manager was walking around helping her employees even as they looked to be holding their own. Multiple people walked out before me. Super simple transaction made complicated for no reason. I purchased a body glass cover through this store for my Galaxy S9+ at $50. The product cracked within 2 hours of application. Attempted to return and get a different product line because the warranty makes you pay $9.99 every time this sub par product breaks. Manager tells me they only work through warranty no returns even on a terrible product. AT+T you have severely damaged the goodwill between my family and yourself peddling sub standard products. My recommendation for anyone reading this is get your accessories at Best Buy where they have this crazy concept called customer service. They also seem to care about their customers perception of service. read more
