But the old iPhone 6 had just about had it, so they offered a used iPhone 8 with 128g for a great price, under $200! So glad to have a new phone with twice the data! Horrible! I wish I could give negative stars! I called about getting a camera installed in my phone. I had already purchased the camera. I was told the labor was $49.00. I took my phone in to the store the next day and was told it was $100 and that the guy who said $49 wasn't in that day. I had specifically told them that if the screen got broken, not to replace it because of the high cost. I left my phone as I needed it fixed. The person there told me he would have to send it to another store because the tech at the other store was more experienced in that particular repair and they would send it over. They told me it might be a few hours or the next day. I called later in the day to check on it and was told that it was fixed but he had not gone to the other store to pick it up yet. I spoke to them again later that day and, while on the phone with the tech, he said he was testing the camera and said it was working fine. He even mentioned that the zoom function was working fine. I was told it would probably be ready later that day. I never received another call that day. The following morning I received a call from the tech telling me that the camera I got did not come with lens covers and asking if I wanted them put on. I told them yes. I was told all was well and I asked if everything else was okay and was told that yes, it was working fine and that it would be ready to pick up by Noon. I went to the store at about 12:45 to pick it up and another tech was there and when I gave him my name, he went into a back room and I could hear a hushed conversation that sounded like something was wrong. Then, the tech comes back out and tells me that during the repair they broke the screen and a new screen would be about $400. He said my options were to pay for the new screen, sell them my phone, my Iphone 13 pro, for $60, or let them put the old screen that they broke back on. I asked to see the phone so I could assess the breakage and was again told that it wasn't there. I told him that I had several previous conversations with techs and was never told that the screen had been broken. I, instead was told that everything was fine and it was working. He then told me that they "put a new screen on it to test the camera". However, I was on the phone with the tech when he was testing it and he did not mention that at all. Nor did the person who called me to ask me if I wanted lens covers put on it. I do not understand why they would put a new screen on it, when I specifically told them that if it got broken not to replace it. I also am flabbergasted that not one single person mentioned to me that it had been broken in all of the conversations I had with them. I was also told at that time that it would be 3 or 4 hours before my phone would be at that store! He didn't even have it! This was the worst experience I have ever had with a repair company of any kind and I plan to go to 7 On Your Side, the Better Business Bureau and an attorney if need be. I am just devastated and disheartened that a business would do a person that way. It is shady and underhanded and just plain unethical! read more

Needed a port repair on an iPhone and needed it fast. My friend told me about this place and how they use oem replacement parts on phone repairs so I gave them a try. Repair was done in less than hour and I must mention the quality of service in this place was 5 stars. Several months ago my iPhone 5S was blacking out soon after being charged, so I went to Cellular Repair for the first time. They said it probably needed a new battery and replaced it. My phone is working fine now! The man who helped out was professional, polite and efficient. Recently my cell carrier announced that I had 30 days to upgrade my phone to 4G or 5G capability, to keep uninterrupted service. Unfortunately their replacement iPhones start at $399. I called Cellular Repair and was delighted to hear that theirs start at $185 :) I recommend them highly! read more

Horrible service. Dead spots in touch screen now and tried to go back. Was told that'd be fine. Drive 30 minutes only to find that they had "closed early" - after I'd inquired online about coming in. They are supposed to be open until 6:00 p.m. Got there at 4:30!!! Now I have to get a new phone to replace the one without the working screen. That' $108 I'm out!. I was not satisfied with the customer service , i called about a repair i had at the store 15 days ago , under the impression the screen and repair had a warranty only because the guy at the counter told me about the warranty several times but i regress i called today verified what phone on what day i brought it in for repair and the guy tells me " you can open the phone up and try to repair it your self if i wanted to . they arent going to look at it . im very disappointed My phone rings , can turn volume up can take a screen shot , the only thing that does'nt work is the screen i can hear it power on it makes all the sounds just cant see the screen that they replaced , just would have liked them to look at it and not be so sure that it was my fault poor customer service . worst part the guy called me dude oh well i called back and talked to the " owner " Mike he told me pretty much the same thing except piled on telling me it was my fault since i opened the phone and tried to fix it before i took it to him and messed up the phone when i did not felt like he was calling me a liar what is the problem with customer service please someone tell theese people if they take care of their customers they will come back , if they act like jerks they will not come back . damage is done ill tell everyone i know not to use them for repair . such bad customer service read more
