Today 6/25/23 at approximately 3pm, I went into the store to ask for assistance. The workers were very condescending and sounded like they would rather eat manure than help with problems. I had walked in, and immediately, 2 workers got up off the table and WALKED AWAY while one came up to us with a "ugh what now? Err I mean... How can I help you???" There was another older gentleman there and while he was explaining his problem, all she kept doing was gaslighting him to make it seem like it's not her (the companys) fault. Very racist business and it's sad especially since they're all Hispanic. I went in there to open a business account and they kept changing the requirements. The first day they asked for a business credit card, I came back the next day with a business credit card along with all my documents and instead of verifying the validity of the business through a government agency, they used "Google" My business is from NY and I'm opening in FL so naturally the business location in NY is closed. But more loopholes as the conversation went on! They were very condescending as if I didn't do my research prior to opening a business mobile account. Super disappointed. My husband and I just went to this store and we're helped by the Store Manager and Nicole. They went out of their way to help us, resolved the issue we were having and made sure we were satisfied. All on a very busy Saturday. I've been an AT&T customer for a very long time. I've been in many stores for a variety of reasons. I've can honestly say I have NEVER received such fantastic service. I've been here on two different occasions now. This place is the absolute worst!! Unless you're dying do NOT go here! I waited an hour and twenty mins today to get a new SIM card. There were 3 employees and all seem like their working as slow as possible to deal with the least amount of people . The people at this store are nice enough, but they have ZERO follow through. I have been trying for over a year to get a problem resolved. I have texted the person who set up our account multiple times gone into the store multiple times and was told each time a manager would call me - never got a phone call. I've spoken to a manager in person once who assured me she would take care of the problem and call me the next day. Well that was 2 weeks ago and I still haven't heard from her. Bottom Line: When I HAVE to go to an AT&T store - this is the one I will go to. This review is for the staff at the store. I went in an got a new phone. I couldn't decide between an iPhone upgrade or an Android. I wound up with the Samsung Note. Fast forward 1 week - back at the store to exchange for an iPhone upgrade. Both times the manager was there (I think his name was Cody) and he was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful ..... And he didn't rub it in too much when I came back for the iPhone (there was only one friendly "I Told You So....." ;-) There was a $35 restock fee, which they had told me about when I bought the first phone, and i think is fair - I opened the box and used it for a week. The store is a busy one, but the staff does their best to help everyone. I never felt rushed while trying to make up my mind on a pretty important purchase. I'm stuck w AT&T because I was grandfathered in on an unlimited everything contract - I do think they are bloodsucking corporate monsters (the edited version of what I really call them) but as far as the store goes - this is my favorite one because of the helpful staff every time I've had to go in ;-) read more

Customer service here sucks! I called the store today 12/17/17@ 12:44 one lady answers the phone I was inquiring if they have prepaid phones and then she answers me sarcastically , " what?!!! " very UNPROFESSIONAL. It disappoint me with that kind of tone of voice you know she's not gonna help. Indeed she hang up the phone. I hope the manager on this store will pay attention to this staff. And see if they could track that person. That person shouldn't be answering the phone. I was assisted by Marcus at the ATT store-2608 E Colonial, Orlando, FL. Marcus is an excellent employee and should be the ATT employee of the year. Over a period of several months, he has resolved every issue I have had with various ATT products and billing. I made several calls myself, but was really assisted when Marcus helped me. He probably knows more about ATT products than any employee in any one of the ATT companies that do not communicate with each other or train employees on other ATT company products. Marcus is always patient and professional. I'm not kidding. He should be the employee of the year of all of the ATT companies. read more

I have been to this store several times. I had a problem with the cord from my new iPhone. I went to Apple they showed me it was an AT&T cord and they could not replace it. I went into the AT&T store and he said it was shipped from Apple but there was clearly an AT&T logo on the cord. He said all he could do was offer me a discount on a new cord. I telephoned AT&T customer service after a lengthy call the women worked hard to have a new cord shipped. I am so tired of the wireless stores not caring about existing customers. This AT&T is notorious for having a long wait for checking out for purchases. Not sure if they are just understaffed or unwilling to make money, but it is frustrating being able to grab something and wanting to pay and no one is there to process the payment. read more

This place has the worst customer service. About 5 of us had been waiting for someone to help us for over 20 mins and the employees are just walking around looking bugged-eyed and confused. The guy who finally walked over to us tried to just blow us off. They have employees apparently just sitting in the back and not helping customers. Came in to replace a phone around 15 minutes before closing and had to wait several minutes to be helped as the salesperson was walking around turning off and putting away all the display devices (gotta get out of work early, I guess). Took several attempts to get them to pull up my account; they kept saying they needed a texted one time verification code without seeming to grasp that, since my old phone had been stolen, I couldn't receive text messages. Had to repeatedly decline upsets and offers of insurance, device replacement, screen protectors, cases, etc. They only get the second star because, unlike the nearby Apple Store, they were actually able to successfully get into my account and sell me a phone. read more

I had just moved and didn't know who to use for cable,Internet etc. Leasing office told me to go to AT&T. This store is great the second I walked in I was greeted by ameera. She asked how she could help us and once I told her she got right to work on my bundle for cable and Internet. She even waived the activation fee. She also helped me order my new iPhone 5 (still gotta wait two weeks til it comes in). All in all this place is clean, nicely staffed and everyone is always ready to help. If I didn't have to give any stars I wouldn't. Came in to get a phone case, and I was told I had to be added to the queue of people in order to be helped. I had to wait for people that were doing upgrades or whatever else to their phone plans while I had what could have been a 2 minute transaction. Instead of a 2 minute transaction, it ended up being 20+ minutes of me waiting around to get a phone case. Kind of ridiculous if you ask me! There are at least 8 people working here and only 2 people being helped. The guy who added us to the list said "I am the operator today, and do not have access to what everyone else has so I can't ring you up or help you. Whoever came in first must be seen first" which I get- but there should be two separate lines or waits for people buying product that requires no additional attention versus people who need help upgrading or changing their phone plan. Terrible service, If I could give zero stars I definitely would. Had to wait for more than 30 minutes when the store was empty to get any service. Tried to buy a phone (old school phone for my grandmother) they only had one non-smart phone, which was ok with me except there was no way to even turn it on. I ask how am I supposed to buy a phone that can't even see how it works and the lady just said I can't help you. There's no one that can get a charger bc is locked and the person with the key is off. She instructed me to come back another day. The only other option she gave me was to buy the phone and if I didn't like it, could return it but she had to charge me a fee. Charge me?!? Spoke to "Retail Sales Manager" at this store on Sunday afternoon, 8/12/12. Although he was courteous, he did not approve our request to replace a LifeProof iPhone case recently purchased for over $80 at their store. Showed him our other identical undamaged iphone case purchased on same date at his store. He did not even bother to look up our account record. He did give a "non-offer" of "offering" us a discount on any item in the store. We own 3 iPhones and related accessories. The "Retail Sales Manager" must have missed ATT's Customer Retention 101 class. As any successful businessperson knows, it is MUCH more profitable to retain good existing customers that to try to bring in new customers. Any reply from ATT on this review? I just called 10 minutes prior to the store closing, and the sales rep who answered was very kind and helpful. I had a couple of general questions, and she helped me, answered all of my questions beyond what was required, and she did not act like she was wanting to hurry and get off of the phone to leave in 5-10 minutes. While I did not visit the store in person, I felt like the sales rep to whom I was talking was knowledgeable, as she gave clarification to my questions and explained beyond what was even asked, and she in no way tried to hurry me off of the phone. She also said that I could visit the store when time so that someone there could get into my account since she could not do so without me physically being there. Absolutely horrible. I would give them zero stars if I could. There was only one person in front of us and we waited almost an hour! There were at least 5 people working and only ONE of them was actually helping anyone. The rest of them were standing around chatting with each other.
