    I called Best Buy and never could speak to anyone after 45 minutes of trying. I then stopped in…read moreBest Buy and waited 25 minutes to be waited on. Then told I needed an appointment. It would take 3-4 hours to change the battery on my iPhone. I then stopped by uBreakiFix and the gentleman was very polite. Checked my battery and confirmed it needed replaced. He said it would by 45 minutes to an hour. I dropped it off went to grab a bite to eat and went back. It was done in less than 30 minutes and is working like new. I am impressed with their friendliness and speed. Cannot comment on cost because I didn't ask Best Buy want they charged but with the friendliness and speed I will go back when I have an issue.

So in effect my business would be shut down for 3 days. When I dropped it off Korey asked me for my password 3x's. He Wrote it down and told me he was adding to my profile notes on my customer profile. Came by 4 days later and Korey gave some excuse bout why it wasn't ready. Told me by "Monday". Called Monday, got another excuse. Went over this past weekend and was told by Korey the reason the laptop hadn't been fixed or worked on was because he couldn't get into it cause he didn't know or have the password. Said he called me several times to get the password but got no response/answer when he called. The guy is a liar, irresponsible, lacks initiative, and probably a procrastinator. He needs to stop gaming in the back room on UbreakiFix's dime and do the job he's being paid for. Got my laptop back and my money back. DON'T take your electronics to this ubreakiFix store in Pasadena, Tx. They'll waste your time & cost you money. Oh, and did I say they SUCKED??

As soon as I walked in the door, I was cheerfully greeted by store associate, Ms. Jessica. She was very kind and offered me a seat at a table so we could figure out things pertaining to the service disconnect. Ms. Jessica was very personable and patient with me. She answered any questions that I had. The most professional store associate that I dealt with in a long time. She made small talk with me to build rapport. Returning the Internet modem with the cord was a seamlessly easy process and Ms. Jessica didn't even give me any trouble. She even printed me out a crisp receipt that I could hold onto for my own records. Thank you so much, Jessica for going above and beyond! You deserve a raise!

    After years of being a T-Mobile customer, I decided to make a switch to another provider only to…read morereturn. I'm glad to be back. I noticed my watch wasn't tracking my steps and sleep cycles therefore, I decided to visit a store near the area where I was currently. I ended up at the Beltway & Fairmont location in Pasadena. I walked in and was immediately greeted with beautiful smiles. My representative would be a young gentleman named Tyler. He wore a smile and was engaging, respectful, and courteous as he answered all of my questions. According to his guidance, I had to return to the store the next day. I came back and met with Tyler who remembered me and my specific concerns. He immediately got to work and resolved all of my concerns. I requested to speak with the manager or assistant manager which I did. It was imperative for me to communicate my contentment with Tyler and the service he provided. Additionally, while patiently waiting to be served, I noticed the positive interaction between the team and their customers. I don't know why their reviews are not higher but I want to encourage those who are considering purchasing a new mobile device or equipment to visit this T-Mobile location.
