As soon as I walked in the door, I was cheerfully greeted by store associate, Ms. Jessica. She was very kind and offered me a seat at a table so we could figure out things pertaining to the service disconnect. Ms. Jessica was very personable and patient with me. She answered any questions that I had. The most professional store associate that I dealt with in a long time. She made small talk with me to build rapport. Returning the Internet modem with the cord was a seamlessly easy process and Ms. Jessica didn't even give me any trouble. She even printed me out a crisp receipt that I could hold onto for my own records. Thank you so much, Jessica for going above and beyond! You deserve a raise!

    After years of being a T-Mobile customer, I decided to make a switch to another provider only to…read morereturn. I'm glad to be back. I noticed my watch wasn't tracking my steps and sleep cycles therefore, I decided to visit a store near the area where I was currently. I ended up at the Beltway & Fairmont location in Pasadena. I walked in and was immediately greeted with beautiful smiles. My representative would be a young gentleman named Tyler. He wore a smile and was engaging, respectful, and courteous as he answered all of my questions. According to his guidance, I had to return to the store the next day. I came back and met with Tyler who remembered me and my specific concerns. He immediately got to work and resolved all of my concerns. I requested to speak with the manager or assistant manager which I did. It was imperative for me to communicate my contentment with Tyler and the service he provided. Additionally, while patiently waiting to be served, I noticed the positive interaction between the team and their customers. I don't know why their reviews are not higher but I want to encourage those who are considering purchasing a new mobile device or equipment to visit this T-Mobile location. Come on by, ask questions, and experience the service for yourselves. KUDOS Tyler and team!!

    I had literally the worst customer service experience here ever. I have been with Verizon dating…read moreback through their acquired companies since cell phones became a thing for people who were not in "pharmaceutical sales" - the 90s. Long time customer. Not incredibly happy with them, but it was easier to stick with them ... until this happened. The holiday crowd was not so bad as I picked this place, a store in the middle of nowhere and with nothing interesting around it, since it would be much less crowded than going to one of the Verizon stores inside the loop. After a brief wait I was "helped" by a young man who was, as the kids on tumblr say, acting like a lil shit to me right off of the bat. I'm an adult and don't like getting treated that way by peons, especially when I have been a forever customer AND I WAS THERE TO BUY SHIT IN THE FIRST PLACE. So I went and talked to his manager. His manager was even ruder, a condescendingly snippy and snarling dragon lady who made such an abysmal impression I ended up walking out and calling Verizon's customer "service" line to complain about the piss-poor in store experience that Verizon had provided. This store set a record for worst customer service experience ever - and I have been in court with a lady on crack who was trying to stab me and/or my client, and even she was being polite enough about the whole experience. If a cracked out psychotic can muster that level of politeness, you think Verizon store employees and a manager could rise to the same level of basic human decency for a customer trying to buy things. But you would be wrong. Especially at this location in Pasadena. In 2014 you should think about leaving Verizon for T-Mobile like I have done as a result of this offense. They appreciate the business at T-Mobile, like the hooker that is missing a few teeth, you can make their day by saying "Hey, sailor."

    I have an iPhone 7Plus. I know, it's ancient, but it's paid for and it still works. Of course, I…read moredropped it and the screen cracked! But, I was still able to use it. I thought it could not be fixed. Double take and I dropped it again! It landed face first and the whole screen shattered! My husband took it to the new Gadget MD located in the HEB in Deer Park to see if they could fix it. They did! A brand new screen! The service was phenomenal! Fast forward a few weeks. My phone stopped charging because the connection between the connector and charger was bad. He took it in again and they fixed it! My phone now charges to 100% in no time!! Yesterday, I was trying to take a picture with my camera and the screen was black! I took it in and he looked at it and said there was a disconnected wire and even showed me the inside of my phone!! It was awesome and he FIXED it!! Instead of giving up and buying a new phone, they fixed all of the issues with my phone for a very reasonable price. The customer service is remarkable! The young man was so nice and helpful! If you have any issues with your phone, please take it to Gadget MD! They will fix it like it's brand new! Thanks Gadget MD!!
