Overcharged & Humiliated -- Seniors, Stay Away! Review: My mom (late 60s) was charged $100 incorrectly during a purchase at this location. When she politely pointed it out and asked for a refund, the employee on duty refused to correct the error, stood over her in a threatening way, and told her he was going to call 911 to trespass her out of the store -- instead of doing basic customer service. She left shaken and embarrassed, and later that day she fell and injured herself because she was so upset. I went back the next day to get this sorted and asked to speak privately with the manager on duty. He shrugged, said he "already knew what happened," refused to review the security footage, and would not contact the other customer for clarification. No attempt to refund her, no compassion, zero accountability -- just dismissal. This wasn't a misunderstanding that they tried to fix. It was arrogance, intimidation, and outright negligence toward an elderly customer. If you enjoy gaslighting, being talked down to, and leaving the store with less money than you walked in with -- this is your spot. Otherwise, run the other way. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!! When I first walked in I was unsure if I walked into a marijuana dispensary or an AT&T store. The staff was all stoned out of their minds. It took 3 of them to kind of help me out. One was just playing on his phone the whole time and didn't even seem coherent. They're also incompetent. A few weeks ago I upgraded my wife's phone to a 13 and at the time they said they would give us $300 in bill cresits and that we need to bring it back once we get the 13 they shipped to us. We got the phone and went to bring the 10 in for the credits they told us we would get and they said it was only for the 14 and offered us $35. Total shit show. I still have faith in AT&T but these idiots need to go.... read more

First off, this is a retailer store, not a real corporate AT&T store. I saw an offer for $700.00 when you turn in your old phone and buy a new one. So, I turned in my iPhone 11 with 128 GB of memory and purchased the new iPhone 12 pro max with 256 GB for $1,199.99 +Tax. I asked the salesperson multiple times if my plan would not change, and she said no. To my surprise, after calling AT&T corporate, I found out it is a requirement to upgrade to an unlimited service plan to get the $700.00 offer. She also added insurance that I never requested, so I went back to get my old phone since I was still in the 14 days buying remorse period, but they said that the phone was shipped out and could return it. I ended up paying the full amount of $1,302.20 for the new phone and losing my iPhone 11. They say that I should get a $270 credit back, but I'm not sure when. I was deceived, lured, and lied to. What a dishonest and corrupt way of doing business, especially for an over a decade loyal customer. read more

Walked in a few minutes ago to switch from my Tmobile service to AT&T. The employee, lady with short hair, literally looked at me once, while she sat on her chair scrolling through her iPad, and didn't bother looking up again. She asked me three questions, and based off that she verbally told me the pricing, didn't bother going over any options or what is it that needed, or even give me the different phone options after I told her I wanted a new phone! She literally had a lay down sale right in front of her, but acted as if I was disturbing her and taking away from her personal time. I'm not really sure how the store produces any business with employees with no adequate customer service, or even sales experience from what I saw. Are you there to make money???? Maybe in need of different management to fire up the staff, or get a new staff completely. horrible horrible customer service! the "manager" named crystal st this store is rude and very condescending she is literally the absolute worst person to deal with and she doesn't do her job at all! we went in to pay off a phone and upgrade the pay off for the phone was a little over 500 bucks so she failed to tell my husband that we had to pay the balance on our bill that by the way we been waiting for a supervisor to call us back about for over 24 hours and never got the call back! so she proceeds to charge our card for the bill instead of the phone! and then tells us that she had to pay our bill before we could upgrade the phone! wellll ummm don't you think you should have told us that first!? so i told her to reverse the charges and she said NO you need to call your bank i call AT&T and the lady tells me that i have to get the charges reversed only in the store!!! so here we are with your so called "manager" telling me i have to have it removed by my bank and your company telling me that only she can remove it! please spend some time teaching your managers the correct way to do business and the correct way to conduct herself in a professional manner she was very unprofessional and cocky and she needs to be re trained read more
