    A complete waste of time. Most of the Verizon Representatives there seemed a bit rushed, and the attitude vibe I received went sour after they realized I was not buying something, but just needed valued customer service in person. Verizon has no human customer service whatsoever, in all respects. I could not resolve an issue over the phone, was then routed by Verizon to schedule an appointment at this store for help, in the end Janette was the Rep. helping me, and her Supervisor or Store Mgr. had to help her help me, as she wasn't trained fully I assume. I was given a phone# to call Verizon Wireless "Verizon Loyalty" Department, which does not exist at the number I was given. After calling the number I was routed right back to the Virtual Assistant, then a human answered after a long hold/wait time from a completely different dept., her name was Mariah from the "Technology Dept." at Verizon. Mariah confirmed what nobody had thus far, that I was under a payment arrangement with Verizon, making on time scheduled payments and Verizon shut my phone service off ahead of my upcoming payment due date. My payments were on time as-per the Verizon Agreement, and persuant to all scheduled dates, and I paid a service fee for using the "Agent Assistant" at $10, and Verizon denied that I ever set up any arrangement with them all this past week, until Mariah confirmed verbally over the phone with me that she was looking right at my payment arrangement on her computer screen.. Mariah agreed to look into the matter for me and apologized for everything. She promised to call me back at 3:30 p.m. when it was more convenient for me, as I had business to take care of. Mariah never called me back at 3:30 p.m. AZ time as she promised, it is currently 5:16 p.m. as I am typing this. Worst Customer Service on all levels as far as I am concerned. Shopping for a new wireless provider now after two decades plus loyalty to Verizon, was ready to upgrade my phone and add Wi-fi home internet as well for the upcoming Holiday Season but reconsidering all of that now due to this horrible experience. Thanks for the price quotes on all of the upgrades, new phone and home internet...unfortunately I lost all of the money to pay for everything because Verizon screwed everything up and shut my phone off.

    Just lost a customer of over 10 years, can't even answer the phone, trouble shoot or provide any customer service. Worthless. I'm done.

    DO NOT GOT HERE the girls were so rude!!! We ended up going to the Verizon by the chandler mall and they helped us right away and got us set up on two new phones - go there instead!

    When I first mentioned I was changing carriers from T Mobile to Verizon I was warned about the…read moresevere drop off in the quality of service I would receive. I should have listened. From my first visit to a Verizon wireless store to transfer my family's phone lines from T Mobile to the new carrier things were wrong. I was told my mother could get her number activated remotely only to find out they disconnected her T Mobile line without starting the Verizon one, and were shipping me a SIM card instead. This was a problem because until her retirement, she worked as an educator in a high-crime area of Glendale. The same thing happened to my fiancée; who thankfully worked from home and was largely unaffected by this snafu. When I went into the corporate Verizon store I was once again lied to by an agent named Jonathan, who told me he would be able to activate the lines over the phone after the SIM cards arrived. I waited, and when the SIM cards arrived I called Jonathan only to learn that I would have to go into the store anyway. After taking time off work to get this done it was finally achieved, a week after it should have been resolved. Unfortunately, the promises Jonathan made to me regarding the discounts and waived activation fees for the lines were just as empty as the rest of the words I've received from Verizon agents. I had to pay an $800 bill just to get my family plan started. Six months later I made the mistake of calling my local Verizon Wireless store to attempt a surprise phone upgrade for my fiancée. The agents I spoke on the phone with, Renzo and Jah, both told me that my local store had the specific iPhone she wanted in stock and would be able to upgrade her phone today. I took time off work and we made a morning of it, but when we arrived at the store they not only did not have the iPhone in stock, it isn't in stock anywhere in the phoenix valley! I spoke with a corporate customer care representative and they confirmed that model is on a 10-day back order, and is not available in Phoenix. This company is inherently dishonest and I would not recommend them even as a last ditch option. If there is a better option for cell service in the city Maricopa please reach out to me. Verizon's best competitor has a family plan waiting for them. If you are on the fence about starting a plan with this company and have another option, I would think again.

Sammy recommended that I go to the UPS store directly across Baseline from his store, advising me that they accept equipment there, and ship it. Sammy was very polite and friendly thanking me for calling, and wishing me a good rest of my day. I am very impressed. You want to give that man a raise!

When she politely pointed it out and asked for a refund, the employee on duty refused to correct the error, stood over her in a threatening way, and told her he was going to call 911 to trespass her out of the store -- instead of doing basic customer service. She left shaken and embarrassed, and later that day she fell and injured herself because she was so upset. I went back the next day to get this sorted and asked to speak privately with the manager on duty. He shrugged, said he "already knew what happened," refused to review the security footage, and would not contact the other customer for clarification. No attempt to refund her, no compassion, zero accountability -- just dismissal. This wasn't a misunderstanding that they tried to fix. It was arrogance, intimidation, and outright negligence toward an elderly customer. If you enjoy gaslighting, being talked down to, and leaving the store with less money than you walked in with -- this is your spot. Otherwise, run the other way. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!! BEWARE OF SCAMMERS!!!
