The staff is incompetent. They do whatever they want, adding or removing accounts without your authorization. They lie to you, telling you they have free promotions, and then end up charging you for those promotions. I'm investigating how I can report them to the consumer protection agency in the state. Because they're stealing from you without you even knowing it. And when you go to complain, they play dumb, just saying "that's what the system shows," etc. I spoke with the manager, and he doesn't care about your situation. He pretends to help but doesn't solve the problem; he only gives you options that create other problems. Because you have to go back and practically yell in his face about how stupid they are. Horrible experience! Worst customer service ever! No name tags. Poor hygiene. Music was way too loud could barely hear. Way over priced and pushy tactics to try to upsell. The guy I dealt with was so rude. I'll call him "Mr.Let me finish talking." I was simply asking questions that greatly impacted my finances. I went in trying to fix my watch through insurance, the man and woman working were saying they couldn't help me do an insurance claim and that I would have to do it over the phone. After 5x cutting me off mid sentence they finally listened and realized what I was trying to do & offered to do it in store, but at that point I didn't even want their help. So thank you to the 2 workers that had to let me know they have been working at t-mobile for 3 years & they "know what they're talking about" just to be wrong. My husband and I went to this TMobile store to see if our monthly rate is lower than our carrier of 20 years. Crystal help us and gave us a quote that was lower than our carrier and since we're seniors we're getting the lower price and was given a galaxy for my spouse and iPhone for me for free but that was lie. Our first bill was so much higher than was promised so we went back to the store and crystal said that her manager will fix the bill and will call us but no phone call. Went back to the store again and to complain our bill is still wrong and ask for the manager and was told he was in a meeting to wait next bill will be corrected and if not to contact care credit at TMobile and they will fix and I contacted care credit and was told that the credit is not with them but to go back to the store and they're the one to issue it. Went back again and was told that the manager is the only one who can issue credit and manager will be in the next day to come back came back the next day spoke to Danny and asked for the manager to resolve this issue. Finally spoke to the manager and informed us that monthly rate on our billing is correct but it does not include tax and also the iPhone is installment not free plus the phone covers are also installment on our monthly bill that the rep provided us wrong info so the mgr promised to give us credit of $36 but was never given. This is the worst store and shouldn't have changed carrier. As soon as our contract is over we will switch back to our old carrier no more incorrect billings. This store gave us a bad taste and most infuriating experience ever avoid like the plague. read more

If I could rate a negative 10 it wouldn't be bad enough. Worst store ever. Probably not where you want to shop. We went to pick up a warranty exchange phone that had been processed and sent by tmobile customer care. We were told we could not have the phone as it wasn't a warranty issue no matter what TMobile said.. Then while I called TMobile the man working there insulted my son (called him a liar) and told him he could not touch his owned phone. My son told me he was leaving as the rep was threatening to call the police. I had not said a word and I was told I had to leave the store or the police would be called on me. Mind you I am in my 70's, use a wheelchair and it was 105 outside. He refused to speak to TMobile Customer Care on my phone. I have been a TMobile Customer for over 25 years and have never been treated in this manner. Time for a new carrier. read more

Met with crystal today about the ultra WiFi for our home. She spoke to me over the phone in a kind and professional manner and when I went into the store she had everything all set up and ready for me to start the new WiFi network. She set the device up for me in store and all I had to do was go home and plug it all in. I was in and out of the store itself before 30min. Thank you again for the help Crystal ! read more

The staff here are always helpful whenever I visit. I've never felt pressure to make a purchase. They have most phones in stock but I wasn't able to get the iPhone 12 max 528 gb without the phone being shipped. The store is able to set it up for you to receive the phone by mail instead. There's a good selection of phone accessories and Bluetooth devices. I would suggest at least stopping by the store if you are thinking about purchasing a new device. They have the majority of their phones on display to tryout before you actually buy. read more

On the 02-11-23, I went to T-Mobile. I just left Walmart T-Mobile Pre Pay Phone. So here I am in Laveen,AZ. at T-Mobile store. This employee by the name Charlie ,whom is pregnant. She sales me a phone and I join the new pre pay set up. Well I payed $167.00 and some change. $50 of it was a deposit. Now on the 2-24-23, My phone service is suspended. I politely go to the store. She doesnt have any concerns. Her coworker says im connected to my old prepayed account from Wal Mart T-nobile. Also my bill is $109.00... WTH, Iexplain that the old account was payed off and I moved forward by openning anacount at this store with a faster phone and all. He says you have to waite 90 days. Then he says I need to call T-Mobile customer service and have them fix it. I called right there inside the store. I allso asked Charlie to speak with her company. ofcourse she didnt reply. Next the T-mobile customer service is asking me to get the employee who did this on the phone. She ignores my request and the company request. So I tell the man there that since the 14 days have not came to refund my money. His so claimed to be manager and him held me and the customer service who is on the phone up for over thirty minutesmore really acted ignorant. Customer service guy who is on my phone is apologizing to me. I paid cash money. They only gave me $49.97 back of my money. WOW Its all on camera. Came here to pay off and upgrade current phones. Sales associate was not knowledgeable of the phones and could not answer simples questions about them. She messed up my whole order and I had to go back weeks later after seeing I was getting billed for something I didn't ask for. I went back and was able to speak with the same person who was unapologetic and would not own her mistake. I'm very disappointed in their service I received from her and there was no manager to speak with. So I was stuck dealing with an ignorant employee. Will never go back here thanks to Leslie. Of all the T mobile stores in the valley that I have been to (there have been many), this one by far has the BEST customer service! Everyone in the store greets you with a friendly welcome message when you enter the door! I went in with some issues with my phone as well as with my bill. They took care of both issues in a very professional manner. They actually listened and addressed each issue separately. They took the time needed to make me "whole" as the customer.
