They tell you they see tickets about service repairs in the area. One support person then said Oops. I am looking at San Antonio and we are in Port Angeles, WA. These service interruptions can last a week or more. Do they give you a service refund? NO! When it works it is great. If you need to depend on service, look elsewhere.

I've been in here probably 5x in the last decade for various things ranging from buying new phones to changing plans. One of my family members was ill last year and even though Verizon stopped allowing her to use her old flip phone on the updated Verizon 4G network, they continued to charge her for a line access she wasn't able to use. When she recovered from her physical disability and went into this store location to ask them about it they told her there wasn't anything they could do and blamed her for the issue. This is not the customer service we used to get at this store and my family member just gave up on the issue. After spending 3 hours on the phone with Verizon today I helped resolve the issue that could have easily been resolved a year ago in this store had they just spent the time and care. We can't get back the $24/month that was charged for an entire year of non-use of a line without a phone attached but maybe this will save someone from the same type of experience. Sadly, you're better off going to Silverdale to the closest actual Verizon store to get the care you deserve.

My iPhone was currently not holding a charge, dying on me on the regular and when I actually checked in Settings, the iPhone message stated that I needed to get a new battery. So it was time to head to EFix, glad to have this new business close by rather then heading into Silverdale or Poulsbo! Mike took my call ordered a new battery that took less than a day to receive. Once I came in, he was able to swap my battery out in half an hour. I also had another issue with my lens and he identified the problem instantly and was able to clean and re-glue my lens that was loose on my old iphone. As you know, our phones are so important and his great customer service as well as such fast service was well appreciated. I can recommend all to use EFix for fair pricing and most importantly, fast quality work!

Threaten to cancel my service to have the increase reversed. What did I get for my loyalty? An annual increase in fees without an increase in service. Ultimately there are are now multiple ISPs in my area whose agrevice price is more to my liking. I cancellled Asound mid 2025 and have never looked back.
