The service in this store is the worst I have ever experienced. I walked in Thursday and the young man told me that he is busy and to leave my number so he can call me . Mind you he had one customer. He never called me back. I walked in Friday they had 2 customers so I waited not leaving just because I didn't trust that he would call me again. I waited 45 minutes while they were just sitting back like they had all the time in the world with no urgency as a few more customers walked in and told them to wait . I got so fed up and walked out . Never will I ever go into this location again . They simply don't care . No manager inside the store and the service is terrible. !!! read more

I went into the store late in the afternoon with a dead S9. I was on a trip and was, basically stranded. The phone was stuck in a "loop" and I was told by AT&T that I had to go to one of their stores for it to be fixed. Luckily, these was an AT&T Fusion Wireless store close to me. I went into the store and the rep said that he could not help me. I would have to take it up with Samsung, directly. This "Bixby Loop" had happened to my phone 2 times before. Both times, I went into the AT&T store and with a few maneuvers, my phone was fixed. Less than 5 minutes. Well, this rep wanted no part of it. I asked him to call someone and ask them for help. He said there was no one he could call. He didn't have a clue as to what was wrong with my phone. I should get in touch with Samsung. When I asked him to call my local store to see how they fixed it, he got an attitude and told me that if I didn't like his answer, I could get out of his store. I asked to see the manager and he said it was himself. I asked his name. He said "Michael", but I think he was lying. I am an 18 year customer of AT&T and have never been treated badly until now. And, he was a doozy. He treated me REALLY badly. The employee next to him couldn't even look at me. I left the store and paid a $31.00 cab ride to the next nearest store, since I didn't have a working phone to Uber it, They fixed the phone in less than 5 minutes. I spent a good 3 hours getting my new and wonderful S9 fixed. ... and BTW, the phone broke again today (3 days later) and I had to AGAIN go to the AT&T store!! I have been going to Fusion for years and these guys are always awesome when it comes with the upgrading, changing contracts and new phones & equipment. I believe I am on my 4th or 5th iPhone from them and they handle all 7 lines on my multiple accounts with ATT. Horrible service!! Was offered a promotion. When I went back to get it, was told it was expired last week even though I came back a day later. I asked for the store manager. Instead of him responding to my request and calling me back directly, I was asked to come back on Monday to speak to him. What happened to customer service??? Received absolutely horrendous service. Avoid this place. I bought a $70+ 4G LTE data only SIM card to use in a mifi hotspot for travel. Worked only at 3G speeds. They offered no receipt, no assistance and no refund. Their answer was to call the ATT prepaid assistance help line. They had no answers either. read more

They lied to my face 3 times on a very specific question. Then charged me an extra $15 for their "services". Told me over and over that I could port number after buying a go phone. Went to an actual Att store next day and they said that fusion "probably didn't understand what they were saying'". I don't believe that. ATT store had to redo my account/Sim from scratch and then the manager said they would charge fusion for the first month I had paid with them. Guess what, the scumbags denied the charge. They will cheat you at every opportunity. Buyer beware. The actual ATT store did right by me though and cleaned up the mess fusion made. read more

After being lied to by salesperson in November I returned the so called LG pad which was supposed to be free. The salesperson was lieing to get his goals. After receiving first bill to my shock their was a 75 dollar charge. I approached Carlos at fusion in November and he took it back apologised and told me the employee has been let go. Since then I have been charged another 250 USD for cancelation fees. I have chased Carlos by email and calls abt 20, times and every time I was told it will be sorted. It's now mid Feb and still I have no refund and every time I call the managers are not there. Since fusion has my phone and companies phone account for over 15 years I don't understand why they would not take responsibility for their employees and refund me. It's not the 300 dollars it's the fact that they are dodging and lieing to me that drives me nuts. So I will keep posting on yelp, port washington patch until they call me back. If there was anything less than one star they'd have it. Inexperienced, unprofessional, arrogant, rude, and condescending; the staff leaves much to be desired. We went in to buy a new phone and were juggled by two of the staff here who did not take the time or care to hear what we wanted to purchase. On their error they tried to charge us a restocking fee. One of the associates, Jamie, who should have been supervising the staff, was texting during our conversation and then accused us of causing the error. Further, he said things such as "I see what you are trying do"(implying we were trying to con the store), sighed heavily and audibly during our conversation, and was texting in spurts in between. Terrible customer service and extremely unprofessional. Will not go back there after this. It is unfortunately a sign of the times where young kids can't take responsibility for their errors and cannot comprehend the concept of helping others. The manager, Tim, was more professional when I spoke to him over the phone and is more of an example of how to treat the customer. Had I been treated in that way from the start I would have resolved the issue and proceeded to buy two iPhones from them. Unfortunately I was not and I ordered it from AT&T directly instead for the same price. Literally the worst customer service I have ever received. They promised a credit for switching from Verizon and 10 months later...guess what? NO CREDIT. I have called every month when my bill arrives and spoken to various employees and the owner John. Carlos and Simone have each gone so far as to guarantee it would be on the next statement...no dice. Fusion Wireless is a horrible company. The Area Manager Carlos and Brian are con artists! They commit every level of fraud in this location. They're equipment is outdated. Always having issues taking my payments and asks to write my card info down so hey can charge me later when their system is running. They train their employees horribly and to lie to their customers by saying things are free and giving their customers the run around. They hire high school kids off the streets with no experience. The employees are highly incompetent with the services AT&T provides. Since they are authorized retailers there is an extra charge to pay your bills with cash! Who charges extra for paying with cash???Go to AT&T directly!! If you were promised something by them, make sure they take care of it at the spot. Once you leave the store they're hoping you forget. You will get a better experience at an AT&T corporate locations. Trust me! read more
