I quickly left and when to this location to find out that this store has not received confirmation of my order so we waited and waited and waited then I call Verizon and they went to work to get my order to them asap which they did! So happy the make clerk handed me my phone.... With a confused look I said aren't you going to transfer my old phone to the new one? His response said yes for a fee! if you purchased it on line we just give you your phone and with instructions in the box you can do it yourself and you have to send back your old phone to Verizon at your expense! I told him it was a phone call not on line but still no! So I left! Let me preface this with THERE WERE NO CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE FOR WHILE.... With that said as a valued customer for almost 28 years and the two employees were not doing anything at all while I sat there, he could have been a better customer service agent for representing VERIZON BY ASSISTING ME! But. I guess good customer service wasn't here! I quickly called VERIZON AND WAS MORTIFIED at home and so they will send me a box and label to return my phone and said if I have an issue to get on the new phone they were available to assist! Now my question is if there were no customers in the store and they were chatting about overtime and incidentals and nothing about the store itself, it would have been great customer service to say I can help you with that while no one was there! I liked this store before but I guess employee turnover is fast and furious! Once there was a real true employee who gave us all great service and his name was ZEEK! Oh well tomorrow I will try to connect my new phone and thank the person I called again if possible! Then I will wait for my box from VERIZON TO RETURN MY PHONE FOR CREDIT VERIZON SHOULD CONSIDER A TRAINING SESSION ON NEW HIRES IN GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS! I brought my phone in to have the back glass replaced, and when I picked it up everything initially seemed fine. However, within about two hours a white line suddenly appeared on my screen that would not go away, and I also noticed that the screen itself had started lifting. I returned to the shop less than 24 hours later to explain the issue and ask them to take a look at it. Instead of helping, they refused to provide any service or even inspect the phone. They also made accusations that I was just trying to get a free repair, which was extremely frustrating and unprofessional considering the problem started almost immediately after their repair. Because they refused to cooperate or take responsibility, I had to escalate the situation by contacting mall management and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience. I would strongly caution others before choosing this repair shop, as my concerns were dismissed and no effort was made to resolve the issue.

They took me as a walk in on a Sunday afternoon, and my laptop was ready the next day to be picked up, back to running perfectly and cleaned!
