She didn't understand that this included purchasing an additional line (not even associated to a phone) for 3 years with all these extra add ons. Also the phone was not free it was just a 3 year payment plan with no upfront costs. Her costs were drastically higher. I told her to return the phone and deactivate the service. She returned it within 7 days and they turned her old phone back on. I noticed that she was still paying for the phone and the service a month later. She returned to the store twice and they assured her that it was returned and there was something wrong with the system. Now more than 2 months later she is still getting billed. I called Verizon (not the store because there is no possible way to contact them directly) and they said that they never registered the phone as returned so there is no way they can help.

I called and left messages three times (!!!) with no follow-up from the company. Finally, 6 days later, I was able to get through, only to learn that.... an APS Electronics' technician could not obtain the part number from Frigidaire!!! In 6 days!!!! It took me one (!) 30-second Google search for the fridge model to get the parts diagram. To confirm, it took me one (!) 2-minute call to Frigidaire to ensure that I have the correct part number and to get the parts catalogue sent to me in the email. APS Electronics: unprofessional, unreliable, terrible customer service. Based on this experience - missed initial contact, lack of proactive communication, and no clear plan after the first visit - I would STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST using this company for anything.

Other than a single, unproductive technician visit, Interconnect did nothing to help us resolve the issue. Their representative - Robyn - was extremely unprofessional. They made many promises to fix the system issue but never came to the office in three weeks. We finally had to turn to another vendor for repairs. Interconnect ignored our emails and letters requesting a refund. They finally responded to an attorney letter. They may be a very good company on the technical side - though we never got to find that out. But when it comes to service and doing the work contracted for, Interconnect receives a grade of F.
