    Do not ever get spectrum if you live in or by Novi Michigan. This is by far the most unreliable…read moreinternet to exist. I pay for the really good internet too, but multiple times a week theirs service outtages for any reason whatsoever. A little windy? Service outtage. A little rainy? Service outtage. Nice clear sunny day? Service outtage! It must be the infrastructure or something that they don't want to invest in. It must be cheaper to repair whatever the issue is every week than actually replacing, or moving it. As well, this company's representative ran my credit without my permission to offer me their (probably just as terrible) phone service. To add to this, after running my credit they automatically put me on some internet assistance program that temporarily made it cheaper, but he didn't tell me that he did that and acted like he was giving me a good deal until six months later my bill is fifty bucks higher than agreed. You would think during an age where everything relies on internet that they would figure this stuff out, but I have a feeling that it's just a cheap company that's selling garbage for a high profit. If you have the option to not give this company your business I suggest you go with someone else. The service interruptions are just way too frequent for said service to be considered "good".

Instead of calling and talking to me first; like a business should, they took 1,899 dollars from me and would not give it back for about 2 weeks! The only reason I got any money back, is because I was forced and made to go and do detective work with the post office to prove I did return a phone that they said I never returned! I do not know if one of the workers took it or they just tried to take my money, but I have worked in customer service for too long to know when you make a mistake, especially taking someone money , you are supposed to right that wrong and neither company did so at all!!! That is extremely bad business!!!

    this is a review for David (said he was the manager) also when he couldnt or wouldnt help me with…read morefees, said HE COULD NOT give me the name of his manager he said he wasn't allowed to lol, DAVID was very arrogant and condescending also very indifferent. if you change providers BE AWARE THEY WILL NICKEL AND DIME YOU!!! they did not cancel my service although i called specifically to pay off all devices and get a pin to unlock, they asked why I was changing providers, told the rep lower prices. asked specifically when the cycle ended so I would not pay a new cycle (reasonable right?, i mean im just another phone # to them) long story short they charged me for 2 new cycles and a boost device used 5 years ago, rep never explained needed to be returned, NEVER RECEIVED NOTIFICATION as well. (They said when i received it 5years ago it was in the paperwork, lol) in2018. when I had my phone numbers ported they dismantled my account access on the app & online. (i guess they did know i left) when I said i would return the device THEY REFUSED to accept, because its over 60 days since you cancelled (OH SO NOW YOU ADMIT I CANCELED over 60 days ago. charged $150 plus 60 days of phone service they would not waive fees even tho it was obvious I was on a different provider, THE REPRESENTATIVES SHOULD HAVE EXPLAINED THEIR PROCESS CLEARLY NOT JUST KEEP BILLING ME. they charged me $400 total for services that should have been cancelled. the original customer reps on phone, , David at the store and the rep maritza on the phone helping david at the store ALL gave conflicting different information. would NOT recommend and Beware when you do change providers. sincerely former customer!

This goes back to the 7 months of no phone replacement they still charged us and refused to stop the monthly fee. We paid for a new silver iPhone. Got back 7 months later a used gold iPhone $100 less on resale. They said a world wide shortage of iPhones. Yeah right. Verizon did not have a shortage.
