I have spent several hours on the phone and did multiple physical visits to the upper arlington store Over the last 3 months. Their completely useless reps are not only are the condescending and act like I just don't know how to sign up for an account, they still refuse to escalate to someone higher up who might he able to fix whatever bizarre glitch is happening to my inaccessible account. Since I refuse to call and spent several minutes just trying to get past their answering machine robot (which also absolutely awful) just to pay my monthly bill, I'm cancelling and switching to spectrum, who I despise with a passion. Verizon is so incredibly terrible I'd rather have the shitty service spectrum has, which I didn't even know was possible.

All wi-fi connections blocked as not to use bandwidth continues to buffer, freeze or go to black. It's not the TV. It's the shifty connectivity provided by this company!!!! After about a minute, someone comes out of a closed door and introduces himself and asks how he can help us. We told him we wanted to disconnect our landline but keep the number and assign it to a cell phone we have. He told us Customer Service online or a phone call would have to do that. We asked about discontinuing one of the lines on our family plan, and again we're told call Customer Service or go online. Then we asked if there were any current promotions that could help us lower our U-Verse rate. He said no, but he'd get his tablet and see what we could maybe trim off our bill. All the while this is occurring, Phillip's body language and facial expressions conveyed he had no interest in helping us. He went behind the aforementioned closed door to get his tablet, and was gone at least 5 minutes. In the meantime, while Phillip was gone, another customer came into the store and sat down at one of the tables. When Phillip reappeared, he acknowledged the other customer and said something like "Back again?" He then proceeded to help this customer without acknowledging us or telling us he'd be right with us! That was just the last straw! We got up and left! He never said anything more to us. I will never set foot in this store again. This is not how you treat customers! We went to the store on Olentangy River Road and Ren met all our needs and then some!
