I got charged an exorbitant amount here. I was in a hurry to get a new phone and when told the total of $262.70 for the extras (extra cost on top of my upgrade) - I paid it. But I was sure to get a receipt so I could review it later as this seemed VERY high... Well I was charged $40 for a cheap case (the most basic one they had, it's one of the $8 ones from Amazon), $50 for her to install a glass screen protector (had no idea this was extra, she just started installing it as if included), $35 for a "Ready?Go! Package", and $35 for a simple charging block (not an apple one either... it's their own brand... "Cellhelmet". Just awful ripoff, I feel severely ripped off and plan to visit the store to discuss this insanity. read more

I had the best experience at the Dublin Hospital Drive location. I went and Atlantis was able to setup my son's gizmo and get an Apple Watch started. The watch needed to charge and he assured me I could set it up at home. I struggled so I went to a different, more convenient Verizon store. That employee was rude and commented that he had to fix my mistake. I left and went back to Atlantis at Dublin and he was able to setup my watch in 5 min. He was so helpful! read more

After an unpleasant experience at another Verizon store, I was a little leery of going here, or any other location. But this one shows what good customer service is. Walked in to do some little things, and look at cases, etc. It's a small place, and not corporate- it's a franchise, I guess. Super friendly staff, knowledgeable, and helpful. They helped me out with donating my old phone, and we talked about cases and screen protectors. Even though they didn't have what I need, they pointed me in the right direction and didn't try to sell me something just because. Handy, a much more pleasant experience than the bigger stores in Marysville, at Tuttle, etc. I'll keep them in mind. read more

Funny how everybody says it's "always packed", every time I go, there's maybe 3 people max in the room... Including staff, you might say I'm lucky that there's no line, I think the service is so horrible nobody wants to go there Every time I go in, I'm either ridiculed, lied to, scammed, or overall treated like i'm a nuisance and all they want is for me to leave I have only been the once for myself, and that was when my first smartphone (Blackberry Storm) bit the dust, and therefore I required a replacement smartphone, going into this Wireless Zone, they scammed me into getting an HTC Droid Eris that was already at the end of it's life span, the phone was nothing but crap, I have vowed never to get service there again, well personally anyway All the other times I have went, were for my mother to get or replace a phone, when she got her first iPhone we ordered it in store and had it set up to be delivered to the store (why they couldn't send it to her house, I have no idea), right when it came in, they called my mother to say the phone was in, so I drove over to pick it up, when picking up the phone, they would not let me touch it at all until the setup was over, and this is stuff that I could have done myself, no plugging into a computer to program it, no secret menus, nothing, it set up the same way as mine (which I set my iPhone up myself), yet when I asked if I could put in the Apple ID and password (when the screen came up), I was rudely told no, and that I was not allowed to touch the phone until the setup was complete (this is the ONLY place I have been where they refuse access to an iPhone during setup) Everybody I talk to says that at&t sucks, to be honest, I have had a better experience with at&t than anything related to Verizon read more

I entered the store to inquire about an upgrade. I have never had such a condescending experience. The man who waited on us looked up my plan, and then when I asked some simple questions about why an upgrade, gave me answers that were at best incorrect and at worst a brush off. For example, "If I have an external hot spot device that I use when I'm traveling, will the new iPhone obviate the need for a second device?" Response "I don't know what you are asking. No phone will replace that jet pack." Query, "I get calls from Liberia and if I don't answer them immediately, I can't return the call on the phone I have, will the iPhone 6 allow international calling capability?" Response: "No phone will do that". "If I am eligible for an upgrade, why do I have to pay a one time $30 fee to upgrade?" Answer "I complain about that too, all of us have to pay it." I believe that this young man (who never offered his name or asked if he could be of more help) believed that an older adult female was not worth the time. As was said in Pretty Woman, "Bad Mistake" I would have bought a new phone with accessories and he'd have had a great sale. right now, AT&T looks pretty good.......... read more
