Great people offering excellent service. I typically utilize the Apple warranty on iPhones, but then Apple takes forever to get anything done. Especially during the covid lockdowns! Took my iPhone 8+ with a partially shattered screen in (without an appointment) and was told there were a few items ahead of me but it shouldn't be more 1.5 or two hours and they'd text my wife when it was ready. It was done in just over an hour and it is like new again. I highly encourage folks to drop a pin for this location. Technician who would not give his name nor his supervisors name, nor the owners name, was sarcastic, rude, and resorted to shouting when I disagreed with him. He repaired the iPad when store was in different location, glue didn't hold. He repaired it again, charged me again. Then blames the aluminum being warped for the glue not sticking. Edit: Downgraded to two star because they ruined my phone. Would only give one, but the extra star is because they were nice while doing so. Five days after fixing my screen, I changed my battery and the phone collapsed in on itself like a dying star (or refused to turn back on). I know it wasn't the battery, as it worked fine on my husband's phone. I took it back and they pleasantly refunded my money and bought back my phone since they couldn't fix it, but still - their services obviously broke my phone in the first place. Incredibly inconvenient, and I won't be back (I'll just buy a new phone, since that's what I'll have to end up doing anyway). Original Review: Quick and friendly. The manager Anthony was disrespectful to a relative and not only that but raised his voice at me and I understand that y'all will take any kind of money to support the business but y'all not straight up about the consequences of the damages that might occur on the phone but nope not a single word was said to me when I left my phone. Watch out people when going in there they'll forge your signature why because it's "business policy" because of the pandemic. So I'm able to hand him my phone but he wasn't able to hand me a sheet of paper to sign. It is so rare to find a business that actually values the customer and wants to fix his / her problem. Rockwall Phone Repair is just such a business. My wife's iPads would not download and retain emails. Her iPhone had an issue with incorrectly displaying large numbers of emails that were not on her phone.
