Cellular ER is an awesome non-franchised local company. The owner Hudson is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I brought my brand new phone in after another shop had helped me with one issue but in turn caused a whole new issue and didn't bother to tell me about it. Hudson identified the issue and even helped me get a little money back from the other business to help pay to a phone to replace the part they cut. Top notch customer service and a great way to support local businesses. Hudson's mom Patrice was there and she is a hoot. Great people and excellent service. I used Cellular ER for a repair that we had mailed in and they completed it within the day they received the package! They where very awesome to work with and very communicative threw the whole process. I have done a lot of business with companies in my local area but they definitely were not as professional nor friendly as Cellular ER. Cellular ER fixed my screen and even threw in a free tempered glass screen protector! Honestly i can't recommend this company enough! I would gladly recommend cellular ER to anyone looking for a good and honest price for a phone repair. I brought my iPhone XS in do to the screen being cracked after dropping this morning. My experience with Cellular ER was amazing. Liquid had spilled all over my Macbook Pro and I needed a new keyboard and mouse track pad. literally the best phone business ever. my cat got stuck in a tree and dropped my phone from up there, so OBVIOUSLY i brought my phone to the BEST cell business in Texas.
