Service was great here. This is a newer location not sure when they opened. I was helped by Maria. I came and brought my son in to upgrade his phone and do a trade in. We had some difficulties with the parental screen time locks due to my error but Maria was able to fix it and we were able to proceed! Great trade in deal. We traded my sons iPhone 12 in for an iPhone 15 costing me $0 for the phone however taxes was about $73 and bought him their lifetime warranty screen protector and camera protector plus a phone case for $170. It was kind of pricey they offer 20% off for purchasing 3 accessories or more. I'm aware I paid for convenience. Overall, clean space, small and quaint, all employees were friendly and helpful. I would give 0 stars if I could. Spoke to two associates about a return. Both of them told me no even though ATT phone support directed me not just to a store but to a corporate store and assured me this was a corporate location. When I pulled up the return agreement on MyATT in the store and showed it to the manager saying I could return products to a corporate store location he told me "I don't care what that shit says it ain't happening" I was absolutely stunned that these people still have a job. Absolutely disgusting to talk to a customer like that at any point. But when I come in for help that ATT has told me I can find in this store and then back that up with he company's policy in writing to refuse to do your job is absurd. Once I finish paying out my contracted device I will never do business with ATT again and this store is the reason. If this is how ATT cares for a 12 year customer then they can kick rocks. read more

I want to personally thank Angel, for her tremendous customer service and support. I can honestly say, upgrading my phone with Angel was sweet and pleasant. She was thorough and understanding to my needs. Not only that, the store got mad busy! However, Angel and all Techs were aware and conscious of who walked in. I have been here twice this year and both times I received amazing support. Jasmine and another lady who were working on 7/6 at 6pm were super helpful and sweet. I was able to upgrade my iPhone 12 to an iPhone 14 Pro with no issues. Went into add the phone line as I had gotten Internet through them a couple of months prior. Advised them what I was currently paying with my other provider, and was told that yes they could meet that price. So I moved my mobile service over to AT&T. That was a huge mistake. I was never told about the activation fees, or if there was a plan change for any reason, you must pay a $6.00 fee EACH TIME. Well, they made two mistakes and thought it was okay to charge me $12.00 for their mistakes. Told them they lost a customer over $12.00 plus, when I returned the phone, I was charged another $55 for a restocking fee. So yes, AT&T knows how to screw your for their own greed. read more

Greetings, This is regarding an employee by the name of JABOY... I walked into ATT to purchase new phone. I was smiling and in a very good mood...The guy that was available, did not address me in a proper manner. I was a little taken aback... he never said hello, he never said welcome in, he continued to look down at whatever he was doing, after pulling my name up, he said, you can sit there, pointing at a chair... I sat down reluctantly, because at this point, I did not want to work with him. He asked my Id, like... " I D". I tossed it on the desk. Then he looked at me and said you can hand it to me next time. There were customers in the store. I then replied, " You can treat me respectfully." I definitely know the difference...then he stood up and said "Can you help her, I don't want to help her..., which was perfect, because, he was rude, and didn't want to help me in the first place. I've been with ATT for over 25 years. I really thought he was extra and went out of his way to shed a bad impression on himself, and ATT...I had to ask him his name, ( to make the complaint) he pointed to his badge...JABOY.... I hate writing these bad reviews, and I know we are all human, and can have bad days. But he treated me like I was insignificant, and did not matter. I did not like that. He laughed when I said he could be more respectful. Never apologized...I responded to him as to not make scene while customer was getting helped...It was utterly uncalled for, and I am making a complaint to ATT corporate. I do not believe the long-standing myth that the customer is always right. I do believe however, that a customer to ANY business is valuable, and should be treated as such. read more

This is a brand new AT&T conveniently located across the street from Safeway. Small but mighty, the staff greeted us right away and were able to help us with exactly what we came in for. Tatyana was extremely friendly, efficient, and personable--hands down the best customer service I've received at an AT&T store. I will definitely be coming back to this store if I am in need! read more

**update: this was finally resolved thanks to a non-staff member of the store who went above & beyond to help me out. She is still an ATT employee but was passed around from dept to dept via phone to finally get a resolution. So this process still needs a lot of work. ATT makes it extremely difficult to get a resolution (why I took away one star. Otherwise, the employee gets more than 5 stars). Nonetheless, I'm grateful someone stepped up to the plate to assist & it was an ATT employee. Shows there's still some good ATT staff & all hope in ATT is not lost. read more
