I desperately needed important work information off the phone. I had mistakenly turned off iCloud backup and was looking at hundreds of dollars for a data recovery specialist to give me a text file so I could manually reenter all the lost info. For just a $25 diagnosis charge they were able to get the phone turned on and then perform a backup. If you're out of warranty on your device, these guys are awesome! The service was friendly and honest. There was a very kind guy working there who speaks both English and Russian, which is a big plus for people who don't speak English very well. On the other hand they did have a nice Tempered Glass Screen Protector which they put on by my request. I suck at it lol! It cost $30 and took about that amount of time, since it took the staff a few tries to get it one on the phone. That being said, it's the best placement for a screen protector I've seen on my phone, no bubbles or lint on the screen!
