Last Sunday my father in laws 1yr old iPhone randomly shut down overnight during charging & we were unable to turn it back on using the normal side button. We located a ATT store off Military/Pleasanton & after she could not turn it on, she recommended to buy another phone. She also suggested a repair store. That store didn't look like my usual store in The Forum so I asked & she confirmed that they were a AT&T Authorized Retail Store. Something didn't seem right so I searched again & found this store using the filter for an official "AT&T Company Owned Store". I walked in & there was a young man who was going to take my name. I told him the issue & he turned it on right there on the spot. He also showed me what to do next time. In my experience, I've never had bad service in the Official Stores. read more

Place has the worst customer service. I was needing a SIM card replaced. Turns out I lost my ID and only have a paper copy, which is official for texas but apparently not for AT&T. Along with that I had my debit card, a picture of my old ID and all sorts of ways to verify and they said no. They told me "We can override it if you had a school or work ID", which of course is in no way official. Manager chose not to overwrite. I am going out of town in two days and of course my ID won't come in on time. This is a reoccurring issue with our phones. SIM CARD ALWAYS is failing and needs to be replaced. So ready to go back to SPRINT or try a new company. Having SIM cards suck. Their insurance plans also suck. And don't believe the trade up thing they offer. read more

If you ever go to an AT&T store that's not corporate don't buy anything unless you plan on keeping it. Their return policy is ridiculous. If you buy something,you have to wait 14 days for your credit even if it's cash.Me I'm still waiting & that was on Feb 20th. read more

OK so I had the most a unique experience at this AT&T store and it was all self inflicted. The phone I had was the worst phone ever I pretty much was at that point where I just need to upgrade and to be totally honest there wasn't a phone on the market that I really wanted. So I went in with the intention to upgrade my phone to the new samsung S8 plus. Pretty much there were so many promos that they were doing on this phone that it totally made sense . As I walked on and I gave the greeter all my information they pass me over to a sales person they went and asked for my license and I learn that I have misplaced my wallet. After 24 hours and trying to figure out where my wallet was I just gave up and found the alternate way and try to purchase the phone. So this time when I came on in I was the 1st to arrive I was greeted by Jesse we walk through all the different components and we learn that that I was unable to upgrade because I had brought my own phone to AT&T and it normally takes 6 months until they allow you to do the next upgrade. So My next option was buying the phone outright . Then I ran into a whole nother debacle I had my credit cards on android pay but for some reason the phone I had just did not work. I had 500 cash and my remaining balance was $220.11. Jesse literally went above and beyond the Call of Duty by going to the back getting me a phone that you not see technology works that way I can use that 1 to purchase with android pay. So after we go through all that we finally go for the purchase and it gets denied. My credit-card companies trying to make sure that it's not a fradulent charge I call the company recliner rething through now there is a block on Something that's not allowing this purchase to happen .So I had to leave And find an alternate resolution to purchase this phone. Setting up going to a home depot buying gift cards through pay pal. There when I return I was able to get my phone at this point Jesse had already went over and beyond helping out another customer that was about an hour after time he supposed to leave I ended up working with Victoria at this point and she was just as patient and just as great .Send Jessie 9 have went through all the technical difficulties it was really easy for Victoria. The think I took the most time was transferring all the information since I was selling them old phone through the promo I want to make sure I had everything off. Of this took about an hour and Victoria I had a genuine conversation because she was in school for what I do for a living so I was able to give her a lot of great advice so that I would drag time end up becoming liberating our for her after being so patient with me. I've got to say hands down I haven't had a bad experience at a retail store at AT&T yet. But this Has got to be my best experience yet. read more
