That store didn't look like my usual store in The Forum so I asked & she confirmed that they were a AT&T Authorized Retail Store. Something didn't seem right so I searched again & found this store using the filter for an official "AT&T Company Owned Store". I walked in & there was a young man who was going to take my name. I told him the issue & he turned it on right there on the spot. He also showed me what to do next time. In my experience, I've never had bad service in the Official Stores.

I took it back to HEB Plus phone repair and they charged me 400.00 again. My phone was ready so I go pick up my phone and I couldn't get into my phone. I typically use this one password and I couldn't get in. The guy tells me come back in 25 min he can rest my phone to factory. I agreed and when I go back to pick it up my phone, he is charging me 500.00 to fix my phone and a additional 125.00 to reset my phone. This was not agreed or discussed. He was insisting that I pay a total of 625.00 ... I dont think so. I didn't agree to that. I took my phone and left 440.00 on the table. I paid the amount I was told plus tax... period. Well, I got my phone back and hopefully it'll last longer this time around. I'll NEVER go to them again. I'm sooo ticked off

Not like the other places that will send it out to another location, you can drop it off and go shopping in the HEB and come back and it'll be done. Make sure you check out their phone cases too! We discussed changing the front n back screen. i Never got a call about changing the batteTy. But when I go to pick it up I get charged $60 for a battery. the phone turned on before taking the device in Just fine. i pay the $60 and in the parking lot. I try getting on the phone. It kept rebooting. I call and Let them know. Thinking the battery they put in was damaged since they replaced my apple battery with a cheap product. I dropped the phone off the next day as they requested. They were suppose to call me with an update. Of course they didn't. I called 3 hrs later. And was informed I needed to pay $150 for a motherboard. Informed them that i never agreed to have my phone battery removed. Which based on research can damage the motherboard. I asked for my old battery back. They agreed to refund me the 60$ since I was never informed about it before hand. I asked if they can deduct the 60$ from the price of the motherboard and I pay the difference. $90. The little girl working when I called said abe would call me back. Of course she didn't. Called Saturday at noon because no one called me. And he claimed he didn't do anything wrong. I informed him making changes to my phone without speaking to me first was wrong. And that my phone was fine before taking it in. N because of his negligence he more than likely damaged my phone more.. Asked them to use the 60$ they charged me for a battery didn't agree on Towards the charge of the motherboard. He started yelling and hung up on me. I reported him the BBB for making changes without consent. Forcing me to pay for them.
