He wasn't even informed that he was delivering it to an upstairs apartment. The delivery guy also wasn't informed about the fact that he was also taking the old dryer away and I discussed it with the owner the day before. The owner overcharged me for delivery and fed me a pack of lies. The dryer works fine and the delivery guy was pleasant to deal with. They are contracted with AHS, and when AHS informs the customer about what needs to be done, it is suggested in a very rude manner that they should call the office. I have informed AHS never to send A & S Appliance to my home again. My situation is still not resolved. I spoke with AHS, and they need to find another company to address the issues. If you don't have AHS, don't waste your money on this company. They have a bad attitude, are rude, and display a sense of entitlement. I should have known something was wrong after the second visit.
