The refrigerator was $2200 less than the normal price and it was significantly less than other dent shops. The staff were super friendly. I needed my old dishwasher removed and the new one installed. Like many places they don't install the dishwasher. The lady was very helpful and called a few places until she found a friend that would remove the old one and install the new one for me for $75. That was really helpful since I was making calls to find someone and wasn't having any luck. Though the order was placed late in the day and added to after I left the store; they still delivered the same day ( not many places deliver at 8pm) overall I am very impressed with the business. For the price, the quality is great. Way better than rolling the dice on craigslist which was my alternative for finding used appliances.

If you don't have AHS, don't waste your money on this company. They have a bad attitude, are rude, and display a sense of entitlement. I should have known something was wrong after the second visit. I made it clear that I don't think that they are inherently bad people but I was simply seeking open and transparent communication on processes and expectations. Customer service in reference to tone has always been 10/10 even with the fluctuation in the service. I get it, no one is perfect.
