For anyone who understands Business Ethics, you're going to want to read this review. This is also the first review I have written in my life. I never get to that point but after my experience with this business, it seems fitting to warm future customers. Do not do business here. The uneducated woman at the front (who claims to be the manager but is probably just a receptionist) had no understanding on how to treat customers. I don't know about much about screen printing or making t-shirts, so I had questions that she seemed to be annoyed with. I asked if I could speak to someone else, but she declined. I asked if she's having a good day, then she said she's not going to do business with me and walked me out. Obviously she is mentally sad and dealing with personal issues, but bringing them to work is unprofessional. So if I was the owner or manager, I would definitely let her go because she is pushing away customers, literally. I now see why there are numerous reviews regarding her horrible work ethic. read more

The customer services was terrible! The receptionist who claims to be the manager was rude and very disrespectful. Every time I asked a question in regards to my order with the company, it seemed to raise an issue. Her responses were always negative and belittling. Communication was less than below average; Her response was l, "we don't baby our customers, they should know how to check emails!" I guess they get enough business to where they can communicate to their customers any kind of way.
