This place is extremely inconsistent. one month someone can help with a bill and the next month…read morethat's not allowed and the person from the past shouldn't have done what they did. Be careful of promotions they are not fully transparent and at times directly lie. For example, if you get an ipad or a phone you cannot just pay it off ahead of time, you have also committed to a certain length of time you will pay for the service plan. Say you have a promo ipad, and pay it off and decide surprise you dont use any data and just use it on wifi like most of people - oh well you still have to pay for a certain number of months well after the payment plan ended, for access. Any discounts given like loyalty have 'expiration' dates and if you dont magically know when it expires and call to keep it going, it simply stops being on your account. There is nothing about them that is "independent" and they are not honest. Its unfortunate as I have had some positive service there as well but the underlying practices are unethical. Its a part time job to hold them accountable. The prime reason I would be willing to deal with their trickster fees was the customer service and customer service has degraded significantly. Expectations are reliable cell service and the same bill every month - why is something so simple so incredibly hard for verizon to achieve? Shady shadertons.

Mobile Envy also advertise that they work with the ESD coding to replace the screen, which is approved by Apple - FALSE, I checked with Apple. They offered to replace the screen again! He could have taken advantage of the situation but was very honest! Careful with these new glass screen protectors, if they break, theyll save your screen but may give you a heart attack because they look just like a cracked screen! The associate took his own time and carefully cleaned the broken aftermarket protector remains off the front of my phone for her, not a fun job, free of charge, so she could bring me back a phone I thought was broken and needed $250 of work. I later stopped by myself and he was happy to supply me with the only Samsung S8+ case I've owned (out of 3) that properly protects the vulnerable curves on the glass. The new "Otter" thin ones aren't as good as what Cellaris sells for that phone because the case needs to protrude beyond the glass. By fitting a case, turning over the phone and sliding a slice of paper under my phone, the guy proved my phone was protected. What's even better is that all my side buttons work perfectly with ease and precision, unlike the similar priced ($20's-$30's) ones at the yellow and blue box store next door, which are rediculously gummy and hard to press. Sure, for $59 bucks you can get a proper 2 piece rubber and composite shells with precision cut-outs for volume and other side buttons at Best Buy, but the ones at Cellaris are as precision made, and also 2 piece for half the price. This is important when taking screen shots or using the "Bixby" button, turning down volume etc. Then he really went above and beyond by applying a glass screen protector onto the front of my phone for me he noticed I had, even though I bought it elsewhere. Thank you for doing the precision job on your own time, you obviously enjoy what you do. You were honest, then saved me money, sold me a superior product and I walked away with a totally protected phone with buttons that function just as well as one without a case and protector. As to some of the other reviews I think it's unfair to blame someone for cracking your phone when it could have happened at any time, no one knows when it occurred, probably before you got your case and no one can say for sure it happened when the guy put yours on so a 1 star review isn't fair and is just venting about a busted phone. I can testify the guy is very careful and didn't let me try cases myself, he insisted they get properly installed even if just to see a style. And as for reviews about Apple messages, Apple does NOT make it easy to get work done outside of their own overpriced Apple stores ($800 for new full new glass on the iPhone X check it yourself!). You say he won't answer the phone. Well he works alone I bet if you brought it in he would make it right.

This T-mobile location is sleazy and Anthony, who claims to be the manager, is a con artist…read more Anthony claimed he was using a special coupon to give my family two tablets for an additional $2. I asked several times what the catch was, what was in it for him, and why he would do this for us. He wrote it out multiple times on a white board and said there was no catch and that he would still get a sale per tablet thanks to the coupon and that we would get tablets for $2, which sounded like a win-win. Instead of the tablets being cheap, the bill came in with significant extra charges for the tablets and their lines. As soon as we saw the bill come in so wrong, we called this T-Mobile retailer but were told that Anthony wasn't working that day. We went to the Portsmouth T-Mobile instead, and they assisted us. They were unable to honor Anthony's promises but instead accepted a return. The manager of the Portsmouth T-Mobile said that it was the fourth time that week that they had had to take tablet returns due to the same con from the Dover, location. In Portsmouth, we discovered that Anthony had also misrepresented the process and cost of adding my mother to our plan at a later date. It wound up being more expensive than what he had quoted in no uncertain terms, and she was told she would be unable to keep her phone number despite Anthony having assured us she could bring an existing number. The Portsmouth T-Mobile employees were sympathetic to our situation but still wanted to charge a restocking fee when we returned the tablets. We were only able to get that fee waived by calling customer service. This was a horrible experience driven by an amoral man who cares more about the bottom line than telling the truth to his customers. My advice if you've read this far is to not go to this T-Mobile satellite location if you are looking for a decent experience; try Portsmouth instead and get whatever they promise you in writing to avoid the frustration and wasted time that my family experienced thanks to Anthony's predatory business practices. Or, consider taking your business to another company entirely.

Tmobile will use any available excuse to NOT give the full trade in amount. Note that the contract states "UP TO X DOLLARS". In my case it was $830. First they tried to change it from $830 to $35, claiming that there was liquid in my phone. Then when I told them that I had it looked at by the store before shipping they switched it to "you didn't take find my phone off". They were literally using every stated contract reason to get out of paying me. The contract has a provision that states that you can request your phone back. I did so and they promised to return my phone yet never did. Anyway, once I debunked their reasons not to give me the full trade amount they have not given me any the $830 credit. Ironically, the service is terrible. I was told by service that there were several unresolved complaints in my area. In short, they admitted to having some fairly significant network issues. In summary, T-Mobile engaged in unfair business practices wherein they misrepresented the actual physical condition of my phone in an attempt to unilaterally change the trade in agreement. This is appalling! This shows me the entire relationship is based on dishonesty and malice.
