A Friday in August of 2020, I went in with questions about moving phones around, a new phone, and a new line. Ben was very knowledgeable and knew what I was looking to do. What an amazing experience. Walked away knowing that, I again, made the right choice. Brought my mom and her friend in there the following day, Saturday, her friend was called by another Verizon retailer to come in and upgrade. Turns out they weren't being uo front. Ben, walked her through a few things and she was very happy with how she was treated. I went in to inquire about a new phone. Two people were each with a customer. The gentleman worker said he would be right with me. 10 minutes later another customer came in. About 5 minutes later When the guy was finished with his customer he took the customer that was after me and said to me he has an appointment. so basically I wasted my time. He could have told me that when I walked in or when the other customer came in after me. I guess my time meant nothing to him! I will drive further and take my business elsewhere! read more

I went there tonight to switch my plan and buy the newest iPhone available. When I got there they asked me to wear a mask. It's only recommended in NH to wear one and it's also not recommended for people with breathing problems. It could actually trigger an attack and take my life. So I said no I'm sorry I can't wear one due to health problems . The other sales rep got really rude and told me to go outside. So naturally I'm not going to spend a dime with a company that A was completely rude , and B not understanding to medical conditions. NH is live free or die right , yes that's so true that's why the governor recommends a mask . So we went els wear and I got my phone. I would stay away from this location . Again it's only recommended you can not force people to wear one it's our right not too especially when it's not recommended for someone with medical issues . read more

My elderly mother recently had issues with her iPhone, and the rep at this store (I think his name was Brandon) was incredibly patient working with her to get everything resolved. He was able to help get her back up and running and showed her how to fix the issue should it happen again. Lying weasel sales rep. Asked for four days of international service and he added a permanent plan to our account. Called to complain, said the reversed it and we received a credit. Next month- same charge. Went there, said I need to call because they can't give retro credit. Still trying to remove the plan. They get credit for adding plans not helping customers. Did the same to my husband last year but I thought it was innocent mistake. What a Lying jerk! read more

Literally never heard of store with worse customer service. The manager (Ben) was beyond condescending to a senior citizen (70+) and threw her out of the store because he was frustrated with her questions. She was trying to switch carriers and purchase new phones (apparently this is overwhelming for their staff). Being aggressive and verbally abusive towards customers is how they conduct business. Don't spend a single penny in this store!!! read more

Went in to find a tempered glass screen protector for my phone, none to be found anywhere in the iPhone section, then stood in line for at least ten minutes while the three employees tended to the same people the whole time. I would recommend having one or two of the employees take care of the contract sales and one person be on the floor to help customers that want to find an accessory and aren't there to spend half the day getting a contract set up. It had always been very frustrating and time consuming in the past so I anticipated the same for this phone purchase however, this turned out to be a pleasant experience. Ben Hardy, the gentleman who helped me pick out a new phone and set it up for me, did a superb job. He was very professional and very friendly despite my many questions and, when I went back with a "problem", he was great while explaining that the problem was me - not the phone - in the most diplomatic way.
