Signed papers, went to the bank and cut a bank check for the balance. Planned on picking up my new Jeep first thing in the morning but got a call the night before stating that they had made a mistake on one of the rebates because it required NH residency. They knew from the outset that I didn't live in NH and nothing on their promotions or any of our discussions mentioned this. They offered then, at the 11th hour, to meet me half way which coincidentally would have negated the majority of the trade increase. Sounds a bit fishy to me. I declined and moved on. I'm left having to believe that there are only two possible explanations. Either 1) they were pulling some form of a bait and switch trying to get me to up my contribution to offset the trade concession or 2) the sales staff is incompetent and doesn't understand or disclose the incentives they are offering to the customer. In either case I have lost all confidence in Bournival Jeep. I only post this to make others aware of the potential for unnecessary game playing. Don't get caught. Please consider more reputable or competent alternatives. It could save you money and aggravation.

It was about 0720 and Ray was open even though his hours said they opened at 0800. He spent quite a lot of time locating a replacement tire as ours was destroyed. The tire was in Concord and would take about 4 hours to be delivered. He offered his truck so we could have breakfast while we waited. After a while Ray went above and beyond by having his son travel to pick up that tire. In the interim we found Ray to be very personable and friendly. The tire was replaced, others checked and we were finally on our way. We highly recommend Rays as an organization that is honest, thorough, accomodating, friendly and overall very helpful. Good job!

It was discovered that the frame was rusted so would not pass inspection. They changed the oil anyway and told me it was always done with a state inspection.,I was not told this when I made the appointment. I have never had an oil change done as part of an inspection at any other shop. TV I paid $112.50 in cash to have my car released. I wasn't given a receipt or an inspection report. I was told it would be emailed to me. It never was. I emailed them within a week and asked for my money to be returned. minus the 12.50 for the inspection. They refused to acknowledge my request. Very disappointed in this company.
