Sue hands down provided amazing customer service. From the moment I walked in to the store until the moment I cashed out! Never in my life did I think I would leave a five star review for a sunglass hut, but there you have it. I get migraines, and one of my biggest migraine triggers is going to the beach. I thought perhaps it was time to upgrade from my knockoff Target brand Ray Bans to real Ray Bans. The employees at this Sunglass Hut (and the one in the mall, but of course they had less of a selection) were so kind and helpful and patient. I ended up leaving with 2 pairs of Ray Bans (amazing sale!) and honestly they've changed my life. I can't believe I was wearing cheap sunglasses for so long. Blown away by the service. I normally shop at the kiosk in the Foxrun mall where the help is mediocre. I wanted to see if Kittery had more associates. They do. And I was barely in the door before I got a friendly Hello and someone asked if they could help me. And the store was busy! The woman helping me knew her stuff - asked me what I thought I wanted, showed me about 10-12 pairs that matched my description + some that she liked. After narrowing it down to three shapes I liked, we went outside to see if I liked the polarized hue. Finally, we went indoors and asked two other associates for their opinion on which one they liked. We all preferred a pair of glasses that the associate had picked that were larger frames than what I thought I wanted. The associates were helpful, attentive, friendly, knowledgeable an they listened and gave great advice. I will shop here from now on!! read more

I purchased a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses at this location about two years ago. When I purchased the sunglasses the associate was very patient and gave her honest opinion about what sunglasses looked good, were the most functional as well as the best quality. I left the store very happy with my purchase. Yesterday my sunglasses were damaged (ugh!!!) so of course I went right back into the store this morning to see if they could be repaired. The associate working today was just as friendly as the woman that helped me two years ago and she fixed my sunglasses 100%. I would definitely recommend this sunglasses hut location - not only for the in-stock sunglasses but especially for the high-quality, top rate and friendly service.
