The store itself is in a very good location, the problem is inside the store. I walked in already knowing what I was looking for (Samsung GalaxyS23) when I walked in, I walked over to the Samsung section as I wanted to take one last look at the phones. After walking in and getting stared at for about a minute or two, a gentleman walked over to me texting on his phone, stood next to me texting for a good minute or two before deciding he had texted enough and was going to help me. I stated that I wanted the Saumsung GalaxyS23, and that I was ready to purchase. He instead insisted that I waited 2-3 more months until the new model came out. I did not want to wait that long as I needed a new phone. Needless to say, I drove to another location where they didn't question my choices, and was in and out in about 5 minutes. read more

Sunday evening I entered this location to add a line to my account. Manager approached us and told us it would be a little while, then proceeded to sit down and chew on his pen. After five minutes or so I approached him and asked why he couldnt assist us. This is where it gets interesting. his reply was he was only there to assist his sales people and not customers. Then proceeds to say who the f*** am I to ask what he does. At that point I turn around and start to leave the store, and all this time he never gets out of his chair but hollers get the F*** out of my store. A well deserved one star review. read more

At&T cut our copper lines 2 months ago without reason or warning leaving us without phones or internet. We are a small family business. They cost is over $10,000 in loss of sales and created a nightmare of a situation. After months of trying to call them they refuse to fix the situation by restoring our service. We have not been able to pay our bills without internet because our credit cards did not go through. AT&T cut our service, refuses to restore it, forcing us to go to Comcast. Now, AT&T refuses to port over our phone number we've had for 40 years. I would like an explanantion read more

I do not usually write reviews but for this experience I absolutely will. Went in to upgrade my iPhone. Simple thing. The agent we had helping us was great. I already knew what phone I wanted so he helped me figure out what size I actually needed. Also found a problem with our account and why one of the phones on the account wasn't acting as it should. Very helpful. Mentioned the valentines sale since I had mentioned I was going to try out the Apple Watch before I decided to purchase it. I would love to go back to him to purchase but... The "manager" decided to get involved. She decided that we needed to change home service to at&t. At this point our agent also started to push this, most likely at managers insistence since he managed to actually save us money. It was obvious we were not interested. But this manager kept pushing. To the point of asking to see the app that showed the bill so she could try to beat it. Inappropriate. When told that the password was unknown she said we could just change it so she could see. Seriously. Decided to play along. In order to reset the password the request would have gone to a third party who was at work. We said sorry. Not accessible. Away goes manager, finally (she hung around for about 20 minutes) She has obviously already pressured our agent to keep trying. I honestly felt sorry for the guy. I understand trying to upsell. We went in for a phone upgrade. Trying to upsell me for cases, adapters, even Air pods and Apple Watch I get. They go with the iPhone. Extremely pushy manager trying to push in and pushing the agent to push completely unrelated services. Not good. Will not be returning to this retail location because of said manager. read more

I understand that with COVID, it helps to make appointments and I expected to wait when I got there. But I was soooo frustrated when I saw the "asst manager" sitting on her phone doing nothing while her two employees were doing everything they could to help customers. There was another woman waiting that got there before me. I've always known manager to step in and help out, but not her.....all she did was check me in and go sit back down. Rohn was the best though. After I started walking around the asst manager "Amanda" finally asked what I needed. I told her my phone wouldn't turn on and needed to see if I could get a new one. She went and got Rohn who is a repair specialist. So now I'm really frustrated because she didn't listen to what I said when I brought the phone in. On top of that, one of the other associates had to ask her to check me in. So I've been sitting for 45 minutes when Rohn could've already helped me. He was great, very knowledgeable. I'm not sure who the store manager is, but you asst manager is lazy and I would think twice about leaving her in the store alone again. She was absolutely no help to her employees. She just sat around with the damn Ipad in her hand, doing nothing. When Rohn asked her for a little help on checking my account she acted like it was beneath her, I don't live in the area, so I won't go back anyway....I just wanted to make sure she saw this. I went in for a phone upgrade. Store was very slow only 1 person in the store, but 3 people working. The manager came to help briefly, but had to leave for a meeting. He said he was going to send someone to help us. We sat and waited, but no one came to help us. After several minutes, another customer walked in and was immediately helped. It's a shame that we've been customers with AT&T for well over 10 years with 5+ lines and get treated like this. read more

Not impressed. Staff seemed indifferent to my problem; needed to replace a defective phone that was under warranty. Was told I had to call the warranty department; they cant help. After 2 dropped calls, the associate loaned me his phone. Was on hold, or listening to a robot assure me he could help for at least 30 mins. After several turns around the robo-loop, got a message: due to damages from the hurricane in Florida, you have to submit claim on line. Came home; submitted claim on line; received message: "claim must be handled at a retail location". Called this store; was told by Aaron that this meant I had to contact Samsung and it might be expensive but I could call them in Japan (JAPAN?) Asked for management; "they are at lunch".....this was over a two + hour period. Finally reached someone by phone who, after an hour, was able to complete the claim. The local retail staff is only interested in selling you a new, expensive model, or messing around with their own phones. A total waste of time dealing with them.... read more
