I insisted that it not be a refurbished printer, as I had already looked up my type of printer that I retrieved back, knowing exactly what Amazon was charging for it.. ~ not surprisingly that I never heard back anything. Not a text not a call, nothing same as after I dropped it off. ~ hugely disappointed and I recommend you save your money if you require any type of diagnostics. ~ it's unfortunate for them as I would have possibly utilized additional service needs and possibly offered recommendation, but unfortunately, I cannot do so because I walked away completely and totally dissatisfied after the initial reassurance that the diagnostics fee would be applied towards replacement equipment. ~ even after I reminded of all this and his lip service that he would research and contact me back with a comparable option to apply the diagnostics fee for a new printer 'not a refurbished version.' This store is easy to get to (right off SR16), there's plenty of parking, and the store itself is huge. They have all the cell phones and tablets spread out along the outer wall, with a few stands set up in the middle. It's easy to find what you're looking for, and gives you the opportunity to pick up and play with all the new phones to see what you like. In the few times I've been in this store, I've never had to wait to be helped.There are usually 6 or so employees working who will assist you in picking out a new phone, upgrading, or signing up for service. There's also a service desk where you can pay bills or take care of other issues. Employees are friendly and helpful. Great place to stop in and pick up a phone or sign up for service. The AT&T store down the road is a perfect example of terrible customer service (horrible waits inside the store, bad customer service, HORRIBLE cell service), but this store is a prime example of how cell phone companies should be doing their business. Stop in and check 'em out.

So after spending hours on the phone with AT&T. They could not fix it. Steve fixed the problem in five minutes!!!!Then he switched my other phone over so what took hours on the phone with the T-Mobile and AT&T he did in less than a half an hour. I should've went to the store the first place. Found out that I could've got all the same deals and promotions. Recommend this store. I Have no idea why people have reviewed it bad. Dylan, the owner and operator did a great job repairing an iPhone screen for me. I arrived to his office for the first time and it felt like a friend was greeting me.
