I have been dealing with Chris. I think his name is Chris. I've taken my iPhone back a few times because iPhone does updates and I have to relearn it. Sometimes I get stuck, but Chris can figure stuff out so fast in no time I'm in and out of there and there's a couple other people in there that are the same way but I don't know their names the girls. So I'm just here to say I don't understand stuff that they tell me about and I'm a senior citizen someone that loses patience very quickly although I have never had that problem there I had big problems with Verizon and so did my sister and so did another friend. They don't have an attitude when you come into AT&T their job is to sell things and then help fix things while your phone is under warranty. So I found out today that when my apple phone runs out of warranty, I can buy an extended warranty through AT&T. It's like nine dollars more per month, which is a deal because it at Verizon the salesman there are bet on selling you a phone, no matter what and they do have an attitude because they're not making money enough money by sitting and trying to work on an old phone. Here at At&t they have pretty good customer service, just expect a wait.  You walk in, they check you in, get a little information and then you wait until worker can get to you.  Today they had 2 check in people and we had to wait a bit but not too long.  I did wonder if maybe the people in charge of checking in didn't have the proper training to help someone get a phone because there was nobody to check in so they both just stood but they did end up going to help people.  It is nice to have a legit corporate store near us so my hubny willing to wait a bit rather than going to a different company.  I however was annoyed. We waited from 4:38 (it may have been a little earlier, that's just when I checked my phone) until 4:59.  Once we were helped it didn't take very long at all.  Really my biggest annoyance was waiting but that's to be expected at a cell phone place. Ruby took good care of us.  She was really nice and while we waited for her tablet to give her answers she talked to us about what my husband wants his future business to be and even my in-laws.  I know we will be continuing service here for a good long time.  Thanks guys. read more

I don't suggest going here. The customer service is little to none. Hardly any communication. I'll tell you what the employee told me after I said "Now I have to go to Apple because I'm not satisfied with my customer service and your not trying to repair this relationship" his response "Why do you have to go to Apple? You can just go to Best Buy" my response should have been "Why do I have to go to Best Buy when I'm here at AT&T?" I'm happy I returned the phone I bought last night. The transaction really didn't sit right with me. He clearly showed me how much he cared. Service was top notch. Everyone that works there went above and beyond to make sure I had the right internet package for me at the best price. Organized well and free wifi were nice perks. Can't say enough about the service at this AT&T store. Good stuff read more

Store employees for most part very helpful. Long story short, no one in the store can help me figure problems w/ new A T & T wireless house phones. No caller I D and all messages go to voice mail, not message machine. That last part cost me a very important international long distance call today. HI was home but did not know person was giving me message on voice mail. Had it been the machine, I would have heard it as they were talking and immediately picked up phone and talked to caller. Called customer service and they have not helped at all.......3 times and a supposed "call back" 9 days ago. May have to go back to Verizon. read more

sad but this store has turned its back on long standing customers. instead of offering help to understand the product already purchased they try to sell you new stuff. tell you your on your own with what they have already sold you. its basically buy new or see ya. read more

Horrible customer service and employees have no idea what they are doing. First, wanted them to transfer my information from my old phone to my new phone. Somehow they ended up transferring the new phone over to the old one, so I was still getting calls on my old phone, and my new phone would not receive any calls or texts. I had to fix this problem myself because the staff was to incompetent to do it. Then I asked them put the glass protector screen and case on my phone, and they took the case on and off, then put the glass screen on it and broke the glass screen protector. Then I was told it was my problem and to go to the manufacturer for a new protective screen for replacement. Since they broke it, I would think they would at least take some responsibility for their actions. Do not go to this store, go to Niles or even Benton Harbor, but never go the the St. Joseph store as it's employees are untrained and incompetent to handle simple tasks. read more

AT&T told me that a plan I signed up for was for 24 months. When I called on it, thinking it was the end of the term it was actually a 30 month plan. I would have never signed up for that length of time, and we all know it is next to impossible to be release from a cellular contract. read more
