After spending an hour on the phone trying to talk to a manager Customer Service told us we had to go back to a local store.. they told us they couldn't do anything on the account until we verified a pin via text. The phone has been dead and not used since June 5. This is absolutely unacceptable. I don't blame the local store as much as I do corporate headquarters.. they make it impossible to cancel service even though we had all of the valid information, including a death certificate. Do not use T-Mobile.

Positive word of mouth from friends and family lead me to Chinatown Mobile to fix my cracked phone…read morescreen. I came in on a Saturday afternoon and had to drop it off and return since it was busy and took about 2 hours. The tech was the only one running the store and said that it would be faster on weekdays. Screen was fixed for $50, which is very competively priced. One thing to note that this is Chinatown, and there is no proper lines, so I would recommend walking up and getting acknowledged as next in line when you walk in. While I was waiting patiently for some ladies being assisted, several people came in, and basically cut in, which was annoying. Other than that, great job as phone looks and works like new again!

We walked in mid afternoon and we were the only ones there. She just needed a new flip phone as her old one was obsolete and both reps were able to help us out. Very grateful for their patience as the phone was in my dad's name and since he passed away recently we had no idea what the pin number was, etc. They were able to get this info, order her a new phone, and it was in less than 2 days. We picked it up a few days later and again super impressed with the service. They activated it, made sure calls came in and out on it, and made sure she was comfortable with it. What a great experience.
