Once I bought a new power cord and fired up the laptop after their "repair," the laptop was in the exact same state as when I dropped it off (just now missing a power cord!) The final visit was to repair the side buttons that were damaged as a result of the first visit. Usually when I call, there's someone who answers the phone and mumbles profusely the entire time. Every time I've been here I've asked them explicitly to email me and they never have. Instead, they have called my phone while it has been in their possession. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed with the lack of basic courtesy at this place, and with the skill of the associates performing repairs. They also "required" my PIN code to perform a hardware repair "to run diagnostics required by Google". I checked with Google and they told me this was not true, is a big deal, and will be reported because my data privacy and security have been breached. I feel violated, and I also feel bad for all the less tech savvy customers who are unfortunate enough to deal with this place. Want to succeed? Stop hiring kids out of high school and learn how to email your customers when their devices are ready to be picked up. Figure out how to train your employees. I noticed after the third visit that they didn't reinstall both bottom speakers on my phone and Google will be replacing the entire device since the techs here are clearly incompetent. This place is such a disaster.

After calling and complaining about my iPhone that was returned to me and wouldn't even turn on, I received a call from the company asking if I would please send my phone back in for someone else to check it. I was told that if they determined it could not be repaired, they would send me another iPhone at no charge. So I sent it back and in a few days received a call saying that my phone could not be repaired and a replacement would be sent. About a week later, I received a new working phone! It took a good bit of time, but in the end, Iresq went out of their way to make me a satisfied customer. I'm very pleased and would use them again! I called 5 times and was told on all separate accounts that a manager would call me back because they changed accounting systems and only a manager access the old system. I never once received a call back. After calling again three years later, I finally got an email saying too much time has passed and they will not refund me. How can they keep someone's money for a service never provided? This is illegal in many states and the business is suppose to report unearned revenue to the state or refund the customer. It's blatant robbery. Awful customer service!

I ordered items that needed to be installed on my car. The salesperson assured me that the items would be there, ready to install on the appropriate day. They were sent back because I didn't pick them up (while out of town per my previous conversation with the store). I'm not allowed to call the store, which I would have done quickly enough to have them hold the items, because they don't allow calls directly into stores. No one in customer service seemed interested in helping fix the problem that they caused. I was on the phone for over two hours with people who weren't focused on customer service at all. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
