Jed a relatively new employee did everything he could to help resolve our issue, but it could not be resolved. Their customer call center is useless. I spent over 10 hours during 1 week trying to get a specific number that was mine before I switched but I am unable. Jed tried everything even getting in trouble for trying to help me. He is a great customer service rep and I hope his management appreciates that sometimes you have to do what you can to help the customer. read more

Went for a screen repair on an iPhone. Made the appointment online and showed up, dropped the phone off was told to be back in 30 minutes. The phone was ready to go when I got back as promised and the gentleman who repaired the phone ss very kind and helpful. I came to this AT&T store because Costco can only activate phones that I buy at the kiosk in their store. It was an hour before store closing. The young man that helped me, named Trace, was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He went out of his way to make sure I had all of the accessories for my phone that I needed, and that the migration of data from the old phone to the new was completed. Trace's brother was very friendly and nice also. I cannot stress enough how important it is at the end of a long, weary day for me to be treated so nicely by such friendly young people. When you drop your iPhone and totally shatter the back, you want it repaired or replaced pretty quickly! After my DOH! moment, I took a trip to AT&T to have it checked out. All of the staff and customers were masked, which made me feel more at ease, and I was immediately greeted by a friendly face. Asurion is the company that offers insurance and handles repairs for AT&T. They have one employee on staff in-store, and without an appointment, on this particular day, I had to wait almost half an hour for him to finish helping another customer, though there was plenty of comfy seating. While I waited, an AT&T employee offered a review of my account to see if they may have been able to offer extra savings somehow, though I declined, as I'm content with my current plan. Since they don't offer back of the phone replacements at the store, instead of opting to have it fixed at a third party store, I chose to get an AT&T certified (same model) replacement phone. Since I've had insurance on it for some time, the replacement cost was much lower than I expected. It will simply be added onto my regular bill, which was convenient. The process was smooth and amazingly quick from there. I had another phone in my hands by 5 pm the SAME DAY! Delivered and initially set up right outside my home (on the front porch) by a super friendly and helpful masked Asurion employee. Very impressed overall! read more

If you are a business, avoid setting up an account here. Because of a mistake by Spencer Whitehead, Justin Gerson, and Todd the manager, it cost my business $50,000 in fees. Instead of owning up to their mistake (setting up my business account wrong to benefit them) they've done nothing to clean up the mess they made. Because of their mistake, opening up 60 new lines instead of adding it to my existing business account, it triggered the fraud department and without no warning, they shut every phone, employee and personal, off in the middle of a business day and refused to turn them back on. Our account was overpaid by $5,000 because we pay ahead and they refuse to give me our money back, kept our phone numbers we had for 20 years, and cost our business tens of thousands in loss. We were also promised by Spencer and Justin $200 per line, as a corporate deal, to switch all our lines from Sprint. That would have been a $12,000 credit. Do you think AT&T was going to follow through, nope. They shut our account down. I'm still paying $10,000 in early termination fees from Sprint and had to turn around and go back to them. Because of their negligence I am paying thousands of dollars for nothing. Avoid doing business with these people at all cost, (it's cost our business $50,000) even if they transfer to another location. read more

I needed a cell phone and didn't feel like going to a department store or Best Buy electronics store to buy a phone. I wanted the selection and service that comes with a dedicated store. The last time I purchased a phone from a cell store I felt pushed and annoyed. This time was a much better experience. I was happy with the level of pressure and professionalism. I didn't feel like I was in some trendy douche Apple Store or being swayed in one direction too heavily. I knew what I wanted when I walked in and they were able to make that happen. They even found a way to give me another $100.00 off the final price of my phone. I was happily impressed. Thanks AT&T, that's why I have been with you guys for over 6 years not. We had a great experience at this location this Saturday afternoon (Waited on by Micheal). The staff were excellent and the customer service they provide was AMAZING! (Thanks Micheal) Micheal, a staff member, the only staff member that waited on us was able to patiently wait on us, even with the whole short term memory issue my family member has been coping with since their surgery and we were able to get her a temporary phone set up with a new sim, until I can order them a better phone and Micheal recommend a very helpful "Phone Repair/Battery" shop nearby and they were also kind and helpful. I wish that other stores would have more staff members like "Micheal", but good help is very hard to find these days and even so, the average person is here in the US or elsewhere for that matter seems to be suffering from mental illness issues. Long story short, it's hard to find good help these days and when you do find it make sure to show appreciation because things are tough right now for everyone worldwide and a little compassion goes a long ways. Kindness is contagious and so is hate, but kindness is much harder to come by these days. Thank you for everything, be back soon! read more

Not this store but just in general the customer service for internet/tv is the absolute worst. I've had to call every month with billing issues. Every month I've been assured it has been resolved. Every month it hasnt. Unfortunately ATT is the only service offered where i live , so they have you by the balls and they know that. If you have a choice... go elsewhere. read more

I have never had worse customer service in my life. I have had not one, but two just god awful experiences at this store. The wait for one, is ridiculous. I get it, you're busy. I'm fine with that. What I am not okay with is having to wait 40 minutes because someone screwed up the check in order, only to be told... Oh sorry you're not on the account so I can't help you. When I checked in, you clearly can see that I'm not on the account, as we have a family of 5 and they only allow 2 to be on the account. All I needed was to switch phone due to water damage. Maybe that's something you should check with your customers as they are checking in.... but that would be thinking too hard for them. read more

Got lured in by a good deal on a new phone. Went in and they were nice and friendly but in a quick talking way. Got my first bill and turns out these morons slammed me with an activation fee, some sort of OneUp fee and didn't trade in my phone correctly or apply the phone promotional rates properly. imagine my surprise when I saw my first bill for over $400. My mom has always gone to this particular AT&T store and they have always given her good customer service. Now she is 90 and I have taken her there several times over the past few years. She has an old style flip phone and that is the only cell phone she wants. Her last phone finally died and they replaced the phone. Today I needed to take her new phone to be looked at as it stopped working and appeared to not charge. Since we were by another AT&T store, we stopped there and being the only customer, it was evident the guy did not want to bother with us as he kept saying you have to call customer service. I said NO, I will go to our usual AT&T store, which is this one. Of course, we were given great service again with our person and the manager being so courteous and helpful. Bought an iPhone 11 at another store and the associate told me I could switch my number later because my father wasn't with me (I was switching off of his account). He was in fact, incorrect. I don't want to rat him out entirely because I forgot to tell him my father had a retiree account (with discounts) so I needed to go with my dad anyways. Tom was the associate I worked with at this location and he was super kind, asked for help from the manager Sarah when needed. Between the two of them, they got me all squared away. Absolute garbage customer service. I walked in to see if they had a tech to work on my phone. They said we don't do that here. I said okay can you help me make a claim on my cell phone insurance if you don't service phones here. They said we don't do that here either. I said what do you do? They responded with "we sell phones". So I asked is that all you do? Their response... "well yeah." So now the paying (overpaying) customer that has been with the company for more than 5 years needs help with getting their phone working or getting a claim made, and all they can provide is new phone sales? Good to know my only option is to buy a new phone at the brick and mortar store. Absolute zero help from any of the employees. Will be switching because of this instance and how hard ATT makes it to get service help. Between the prompters and the shit service members they will be losing my households business to Verizon. read more

This is my 2nd phone from AT&T (Galaxy S5 the day it dropped, and now LG V10).. Last week I bought the V10 from this location and Justin was my wife and I's sales rep. and he did a GREAT GREAT job. He was friendly and attentive to my wife and I's need/wants. AT&T did not have any of the "Bodyguardz" glass screen protectors so we ordered one from AT&T's catalog. I came in this morning to have an agent install it for me (as my hand-eye coordination isn't the best). Well, Ryan greeted me at the door and seemed extremely annoyed that I asked for someone to install this product I bought from AT&T. He just sat there at the table, didn't make any communication with me as he installed the product and when he completed the installation, he handed my phone back across the table to me and said "here, you're set" and walked off. 1. This was rude to ignore any communication from me 2. He installed the glass protector incorrectly 2b. I had to uninstall his improper job and do it myself as he moved on to another customer. Which completely belittles the reason I came in in the 1st place. I really hope management has a talk with Ryan and corrects whatever his problem is because I have not ever had a problem with this AT&T store until this guy.. When this issue is corrected, I will alter this rating. So basically, other than the unprofessional Ryan, this store would have 5 stars.. read more

I received excellent service from Julisa today when I went in to exchange my case that broke. After spending $80 on the case I wasn't happy when I broke it but I've never had an easier time exchanging a product than I did here. It took way longer than it should have. One of the employees even skipped me to help the next person on the waiting list. I was there waiting for over 30 minutes until I finally got someone to assist me, only to say that he couldn't do anything for me because apparently my phone wasn't paid off even though I got it paid off about an hour before I walked in there on the phone with the other store. So I leave to find out what exactly happened and I get it straightened out. I come back about an hour later and there is only a few customers there and probably 3-4 employees standing around doing nothing. I still had to wait about 15 minutes before being helped. So I end up on the phone with the AT&T help line and they get it fixed in about 5 minutes. They said that whatever policy that the store was going by was wrong and he pretty much said that the employees there had no idea what they were talking about. The employees there need to go through more training and learn how to do their jobs. Plus I've been to another AT&T store that also has given me bad service. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. The product isn't bad and the contract is bad, but they need better customer service. read more
