I've been a T-Mobile customer for about 23 years and she found me a better plan, explained all my options, and was super patient. THEN I accidentally deleted everything from my iPhone while trying to turn "Find My" off. Like, I factory reset my phone!!! And she was like, "it's ok, we're going to figure it out." Ultimately, she got everything back, got me a phone upgrade, and got me hooked up with a good phone plan, all with a smile. It was very impressive!!
