Do not go to this location if you don't want to get scammed. Worst service ever and they'll scam you at any chance they can get. I came to the store to get the promo phone by moving my phone number from another carrier. Hira, who helped me said she has to get a new number first for me to take advantage of the promo. Ok, so my understanding is that the new number will be replaced with the phone number I am porting over. When I saw there are 2 numbers on my phone, she said no problem, cancel the new number the next day. I came home, checked my account, and I have 2 active phone numbers, meaning I will be paying monthly for each of these numbers. Additionally, The new number was attached to the payment plan and the phone number I ported over is under BYOD, meaning if i cancelled the new number, the promo is no longer valid and I will end up paying full price on the phone. Furthermore, my account shows that I was signed up to Next Up and protection plans which was not brought up in any of our conversation nor I authorized to have these add-ons. I came back to the store to let her know what I am seeing in my account and asked for it to be corrected. She said that's how it needs to be done. When I asked for the manager, she said he is not around but will be in the next day. I asked her to undo what she had done but she replied rudely that she can't help me and turned her back on me and disappeared to the back office. Such action gave me the impression that what she did to my account was intentional to get more sales. She never apologized for the error, but rather became rude when I called out what she had done to my account. She ignored me and showed no interest whatsoever in helping me. I came back the next morning to talk to the manager, Junaid. The manager said he can cancel the new line, can give me a new phone for my ported number but I will have to put a $150 down payment. The promo was $0.99/month, so of course i declined as this was another attempt to get more sales from me. This went on for a couple of hours as he said he's unable to undo what was done. He asked me to try the corporate store to reverse the upgrade. This store is a thirty party retail store. So I went to the Pacific store and was basically told that they're on the same system and both stores have the same reversal capability. I was fed up and frustrated. I called ATT customer care, explained to them the situation and was advised to tell the store to process BRE (Buyer's Remorse Exchange). The manager was still trying for me to keep the new number and asked me to cancel my ported number, which I declined. So now my ported number is in limbo because the ported number is linked in the phone device that I just returned. Buyers beware! Do not go to this store!!! They will take advantage of you any chance they can get and hope to get away with it!! I call this elder abuse and this is illegal! They're exploiting older people (who knows, maybe young people too) and this store needs to be investigated! This store also violated several consumer protection laws including but not limited to: 1- Unfair Competition Law (UCL) - this covers various fraudulent business practices 2- Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA) my experience caused me tremendous stress and loss of time due to their deceptive acts 3- California False Claims Act (CFCA) - this store demonstrated multiple deceptive business practices. Deceptive sales practices are illegal in California and this store demonstrated all of the above. And AT&T corporation is equally liable of this deceptive sales practice especially if they have received multiple complaints about this store and had done nothing to address the complaints and to enforce the store to be in compliant with consumer laws nor did they assist the customer to correct the error from their end, overriding what the store had done.. AT&T Corporate has responsibilities and obligations to consumers in protecting their rights, regardless where the transactions have transpired. third parties or corporate retailers. The AT&T name is still displayed at the storefront and services are being carried out under the AT&T logo. read more

They will scam you every chance they get! Including the store manager! They are unprofessional and don't care if they steal from you. I traded in a new phone for an upgrade that I was supposed to get a $700 credit for and never got my credit! I went back to change my phone number 6 months later, and try to find out what was going on with my trade in credit, but they ended up adding a second line to the device I use and charging me for 2 phone numbers for one phone! The store manager Clifford kept saying he would take care of the issue, but every time I called or went into the store he always had an excuse. I have tried over and over to resolve the issue and nothing was ever done. They not an actual AT&T store, just an authorized place to sell AT&T products! DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE! They lied to us and set up a "ghost line". Shady rep (who no longer works there) that cost us dearly. Going through the corporate store on Pacific since they won't help us. Trinity store lied to us saying they can't find information or able to give the managers name out. BS! Corporate pulled info back to who opened up another line and when. Without our authorization they did this! Corporate says it's something that went on before 2020. Kinda wondering about their high turnover rate at Trinity. AT&T on Trinity Parkway located in Park West Place shopping center in Stockton, California. Yelp Challenge 33 /100 This review is mainly for the awesome customer service I received here. I come here mainly to pay my cellphone bill and U-verse bill. Or if I have any problems with my service or bill. I dislike talking on the phone with any automated service. I like to actually talk to a person not some bot. When you arrive you sign in and it's a first come, first deal process. I come at random times and I never have to wait long. So far I've been helped by Kevin, Janix and Travis. Each time I came here, I left satisfied. I normally go to the AT&T main hub on Pacific and Robin hood. But as of late the wait time is getting a bit crazy. At this location on the far left corner they have kiosk to pay your bill. But it only takes cash, so for Atm/credit. You have to pay at a register. This location is pretty small so they won't have all the latest and greatest stuff or gizmos and gadgets that came out within the past few years. Not only is AT&T a very fraudulent company, charging for purchases that I haven't even received yet, but also, now I'm being told that I have to show proof of taxes that I paid for a phone that I never received?? How is that fair or logical? I have to be inconvenienced to go into my bank and get a printout proving that I'm not lying, and then on top of that, have to fight to get my money back for a premium connection upgrade, because they sold it to me for a phone that I also never received. Horrible customer service. When you ask for help, they just give you attitude and make you run around everywhere from store to store and phone call to phone call. They made the mistake of adding a whole new line to our account instead of just upgrading the phone and then they told us to call the loyalty department to cancel the line but then the loyalty department told us that only the store that we got the phone from could cancel it. Then we called this AT&T and they said we have to call the loyalty department to cancel. Literally so much running around for something that wasn't even our fault. If this AT&T can open a new line (even though that's not what we asked for in the first place) I'm surprised they can't cancel it. Don't understand why we're going through all this trouble for Trinity AT&T's mistake. The manager is also very rude and has horrible rapport with their customers and has no patience. A) This is not an AT&T Store. It is an "Authorized Reseller". B) Terrible customer service. I bought an iPhone X on Saturday 3/5 for my wife. Within 24 hours the screen stopped working. Within 48 hrs. I am at the store asking to exchange the phone for a new one (reminder... this one is less than 2 days old). They refuse stating that a) Apple requires them to have me drive to the Apple Store 40 min away, and b) This is AT&T policy. I called Apple Care got a manager on the line and he said the store should exchange the phone. They refused. I called a manager for AT&T and he said they should exchange the phone (a real AT&T Store would, the phone is TWO DAYS old!) They still refuse. Both Apple and AT&T said they would exchange if I purchased the phone from them. Apparently it's just this store's policy to not stand by the products they sell. read more

Better service at this location, since I already knew what I wanted I was pretty much in and out. The store isn't has big as a few others in Stockton but they do have all the same phones etc etc. Not as busy as the Pacific Ave location since it is pretty deep down 8 Mile but people were in and out with their things. I was helped by someone who was very helpful. Got what I went for and was given great information that My phone was free since I was legible for a free phone :)))) Very helpful, answered all my last few questions and gave me a few tips on how to not kill my data plan. read more

My iPhone speaker pretty much died and I heavily rely on my phone for work. The store was operating with only two employees on a Saturday at approximately 6:34pm (4/23/16). I signed in and waited for a rep to become available. The woman working was helping a family upgrade to new phones and the guy also working named Tavion was helping two women who after waiting patiently for 30+ minutes discovered they were his family members and started yapping away in my guess Tagalog. The conversation was more than a customer concern. It was more family related. So after more time he finally comes over to ask what I need. I said my phone is malfunctioning and he sees its an iPhone and was like oh you have to go to an Apple Store we don't take care of those here. I asked if he could diagnose it before driving all the way to the nearest Apple Store which is in Modesto. He said we only fix androids you have to go to apple or call apple care but we don't do that. Like why am I paying for AT&T insurance if Apple has to fix all my concerns. Complete BS! Perfect location. Surrounded by shops and fast food. The store is always clean and the customer service is top notch. Completing a transaction normally takes a while, like any other AT&T store, but the wait time to be help isn't as bad as most. Josh helped us a couple of times, super friendly. There is also this Chinese girl, (this is so bad of me, because I can't for the life of me remember her name) She is a very sweet girl... She remembers our names every time we come in. I always have had good luck there at that specific facility. The last time I was in there they told me that the store would be closing at the end of the month which was Jan of last year. Please DO NOT GO to this place! This is an authorized retailer not the actual ATT company store. The service before sale is good but after that is Horrible! They will treat you like you haven't bought anything from them before. Purchased an accessory from them few months ago that was supposed to have a lifetime replacement later turned out to be "discontinued." Told me to do the work to get the replacement. I was turned away even though I've received a call from them about coming back to get my replacement. Not even a curtesy call or anything about item being discontinued.
