I took the PS5 to Ez Fix, and according to Adan, it was going to also need a heat sink cleaning too. How it works is you pay a deposit for a diagnostic. What your electronic needs, they tell you how much it will be, and your diagnostic goes towards the repair and labor. I know it's not revolutionary, but I've always liked that business model. I received my PS5 5 days later, and it now works without any hitches. Adan also suggested I place the console in an elevated position away from feet level. I'm satisfied with the repair they did, and I will be inquiring to them about future repairs.

They didn't even charge me for the "new battery" .I was at work so I couldn't pick it up , had mom pick it up for me , later on that night I went to FaceTime someone and neither of my cameras worked, my phone died that night and never turned back on all the way . Apple and then black ,all night long over and over, I was actually scared it was gonna explode, I kept it in a box completely away from me . Went in as soon as they opened the next day to figure out the problem . Now I haven't had a phone for going on 3 days at this point . They take a couple hours to fix it and as soon as I pick it up they ask me to check the cameras (which had no prior issues) . As soon as I open my camera, it shows me that "fake parts" have been put into my phone . I go to settings and boom another notification about a fake battery in my phone . My back glass broke 2 days after I had finally gotten it back and with a case I bought there that a worker had recommended, mind you I hadn't even dropped my phone AT ALL ! Now couple months later both of my cameras are blacked out not working , Like I get it , it's not too expensive but advertise that you use fake parts or reps . Shitty shitty work ALL the way around ! He is highly argumentative, defensive , disrespectful, clearly has very little emotional control, and unskilled to handle himself professionally when pressed about the quality of his work. Strongly suggest going elsewhere for a screen repair on an Apple device. It is highly unlikely the repair will work and have fun dealing with his emotional instability if you tell him you are dissatisfied with his services. His screen repair caused the phone to consistently freeze requiring a restart of the phone every time. We ended taking it to Apple and had to pay for them to replace the screen he had installed. The Apple tech said 3rd party screens frequently do not work correctly as the phone can not authenticate the part causing the phone to malfunction. Inspection on the internal components also showed that a cowling (bracket) around the battery was missing. Note that once Apple replaced his after market screen, the phone has worked perfectly.
