Ok. So excited to finally purchase a new phone. I waited too long because I simply believe in buying things when I do really need it. Greeted by Jimmy, a Vietnamese guy who happened to be the brother of the other associate who worked with me in the past. I already loved the techno music in the background. Good vibe. With no one else but me in the store, the service was zoom zoom. He's knowledgable, polite, he simplified his explanation on fees,no push to get any other stuffs because I informed him that I only wanted 2 things, a phone and a case. He gave me discounts. Just because...maybe I added the biz into yelp world. Or maybe yet, it's an act of random kindness. Or better yet, for being a loyal At&T customer for over a decade. What else did I get? We came down here to check phone problems, having been unhappily married to the corporate orange giant for so long. We had the guy offer some advice, and since the phone is a necessary thing, bought a phone and upgrade and new contract. Going to AT&T is like going to your own funeral with no nice tables full of food. Sad, dreary, and you know the end of the story already: you are in a box, and feel really pale, broke and lifeless when you leave. read more

I had to add a review to this AT&T location because they have too many stars this company is HORRIBLE and really shouldn't even be in business. They are just an example of what happens when companies get too big. They were horrible when the FCC broke them up ages ago and they're still horrible now. Stealing our data and slowing down our phones? You don't even deserve a star. Unless you're grandfathered in (like me) find another company. AT&T sucks (how's that 100M feel?!). read more

I had a great experience going into this store. I was really bummed out because my Galaxy S4 was stolen. Unfortunately, I did not have insurance. I was helped by Kyle Nguyen who was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. He patiently went over my options and helped me out. This review is NOT for AT&T, which is a whole other story, but rather this store in particular. In fact, I've spent so much time on the phone with AT&T being incredibly and increasingly aggravated, that I've realized you just have to go to a store to get anything done with AT&T. What generally happens is that the person behind the counter gets on the phone and deals with it for you, and while it seems they too have to deal with their share of frustration, in the end they get to the right people. Tip: if people on AT&T phone service are not being amenable, you just have to go over their head til you get someone with authority who will suddenly be very easy to deal with. On the phone myself often I can't get to these folks, but the people behind the counter here are very sympathetic - they feel like they're on your side - and will power through til they get in contact with the right people. The two people I dealt with here by the way were a young man named Damien and a woman whose name I forgot, sorry to say. I will never again get on the phone with AT&T but instead will just head here and let them deal with it. read more

Most unprofessional experience ever! I went into upgrade my phone to the iPhone 6 plus on Dec 27th. I was waiting for Jimmy,who happens to be the owner, After waiting 45min I was finally helped. Jimmy said he doesn't have the phone in stock but will order it and get it in 2-3 days. I agreed, I received a confirmation email Sunday that my iPhone 6 had shipped. I contacted the att store to confirm it a 6+, the rep said jimmy wasn't in and he couldn't check and I should call customer service. I did and sure enough he ordered the wrong phone. Now I had to wait till 12/31 to get the phone and cancel /return it and then I could order the 6+. On Jan 2 at 10am I went to cancel the order. Jimmy wasn't there and the other employee had no clue what to do! As of Jan 3 they still haven't cancelled my order, they just shipped the phone back regularly. Which means I have to wait till the att warehouse gets the phone before I can walk in to an Apple Store to get a new phone. Completely disgusted with the whole experience. Stay away from this store. Absolute nightmare read more

First time here. Nice and spacious and very quiet. I came in to purchase a new iPhone case and screen protector. Jimmy helped me pick out the best case and best screen protector. Came in just to buy a case for my phone, and they were really helpful. They were honest about which ones were still good without being too expensive, and let me try on the cases to see if I like it. Things are a little pricey but most cases come with a warranty and the screen protectors they sell come with a lifetime warranty which is super cool! read more

Came here to upgrade. It's the only location up here so that makes it convenient. But the phone selection is WAY smaller than other stores. They only carry about 12 phones total. 2 are iphone. Other stores carry twice that at least. Ie Burbank or Pasadena. So the phone I wanted they didn't carry but can ship it to you after you pay for it. No thanks! read more

It's in a OK location for the area, but the owner Jimmy can't tell the truth when it gets in the way of selling their limited line of phones and service. If you're over 60, don't go there, they have no chairs and you have to stand for at least 30 minutes to get service. When it comes to warranty, RUN THE OTHER WAY! They never mention the $200 deductible, As for standing behind their products, they will sell you something that is broken and tell you that you broke it. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO VISIT. read more

Came into the store today I needed help with my phone I cracked the screen, Steve was there to help me file a insurance claim. He asked me about Direct TV and the promotion you get for having Direct TV. Even tho I didn't change TV subscribers today I will becoming back. He was very helpful and informative.
